Still waiting for a refund!! Holiday should have been in April and refund in June. No reply’s from Emails and phone number a waste if time. Reading other reviews I will be going to the Small courts now.

Due to fly tomorrow, we were asked to confirm weeks ago that we would like to change dates, which we did and also requested a credit note. Following that they have not responded once and we have just received a call from a women who was verging on abusive, who wouldn’t give her name or contact details and said she would call back in 20 minutes (she finishes at 5) for new dates or we would lose all our money.

Absolutely appalling!!!!! We contacted them over 17 days ago to inform them that the hotel they are sending us to will no longer be open, All we wish to do is change are accommodation!!! we travel in 12 days and they have still not contacted us!!!! They shouldn’t be still selling holidays during the current situation if they cannot supply new customers with the most basic of information and most basic levels of customer care That As promised on their website!!!

Still no payment from my April holiday, this should have been refunded back in June!!!!!! No reply’s from emails and phone number a waste of time. Reading these reviews i will be going to the small claims court.

This is a follow up of a previous damning review about Travel Republic which I wrote, as I have sadly had to resort to using the Small Claims Court to try and regain my package holiday payment which Travel Republic were trying not to pay me. The reason that I know they were holding on to my money unlawfully, was that I booked the same holiday at the same time as close friends which was back in August of last year, with a departure in mid May this year. My friends paid by credit card, I paid by PayPal. They were refunded several weeks ago and we were not, nor did Travel Republic reply to any contacts that I tried to make to them, of which there were many. Our friends could have claimed there money back, if TR had not paid, via their credit card, but we could not, as our refund guarantee with PayPal expired after 6 months. Strange they got refunded and we didn't.... I started a Small Claim, which would have been served on Travel Republic, four working days ago, which included applying interest on the outsatnding debt and repayment of my costs, which they would also have to pay. Strangely enough, Travel Republic have immediately paid the outstanding debt to my PayPal account in full, thereby avoiding paying interest or costs. Travel republic have over and again declared online that they had paid everyone that is owed money up to date. This is fiction. It was pretty easy to open a Small Claim against them and I would urge anyone who's refund is overdue to do the same. For the sake of £35.00 and a little effort is it worth it?

Just seen on there Facebook page that lines are still closed cause they are calling all there customers in order of departure dates, more lies we was due to go away in June. Like every other review we have had no reply to E mails let alone a phone call it's got to be the worse holiday company I have had the misfortune of ever dealing with, never again

DON'T GO THERE!! Travel Republic cancelled our holiday back in April - 3 weeks before we should fly on 16th May. Like everyone else - i've tried multi messages via every portal possible and no response . No phone numbers available and no sign of any refund. I left a damning review on social media and they replied in 15 minutes saying that everyone had been refunded up to date. All lies!! I contacted them via their portal just over two weeks ago to advise them that if I didn't receive my refund I would use the Small Claims Courts to obtain it. Regrettably today I have been forced to do so. DO NOT USE THESE IMMORAL PEOPLE.

Appalling customer service. Was due to go on holiday 12th August. We cancelled the accomodation as we had decided ourselves we would not be going. However, flights had been cancelled. It doesn't show on their booking only on viewtrip. It appears that the flights may have been cancelled in March. They never notified us, even when we cancelled the hotel so we wouldn't have been going anyway. You can't get hold of them and they are not responding to emails. There is a schedule of when refunds are due. I'm hoping we'll get our flight money back.

All shocking in its ineptitude. No phones. Emails not answered. Quite happy to have arrive at a hotel miles away from home with accomodation voucher that reads "paid in full" and the hotel haven't been paid Worst company in the world.

Complete joke! Booked a nice hotel, paid the deposit and then they didn’t process it. Pointless ringing them as they don’t answer. Sent them emails and they don’t reply. What a dreadful company!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Appalling company to deal with. They do not answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. What they do do is take your money and will not refund when the hotel is not even open. AVOID AVOID AVOID. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Would never book again no customer service at all, I fully appreciate that there is a pandemic but no contact at all raised several Emails / requests to change holiday and still nothing they should be ashamed

They owe me £870 for a holiday 13th July which they cancelled. I requested a refund and they told me that this would take 7 weeks. I have tried to contact them many times with no reply. I am trying to reclaim from my credit card company and they said that this could take up to 7 weeks. Travel Republic have had my money since October. I will never book with them again and advise all to do the same. BOOK AT YOUR PERIL!!!

I have sent a dozen or so emails and have been trying to cancel a holiday since May 23rd. As a customer who has been loyal for so many years, I find this frustrating. Really not good enough...

Hi it's me again,I rang the apartment in Corfu and they told me to email them,I did and got a reply I did not expect.The apartments we are booked into (Mazis apartments) do not know who travel republic are,they have never heard of them.Im booked into Mazis apartments with HOTEL BEDS.what the heck is going on???? Mazis says I am in the period where I can still cancel my apartment with hotel beds,but I paid travel republic?

Customer service is a joke they won’t answer the phones they don’t respond to your emails about your holiday. Stay clear 😡😡 if you don’t want a load of stress .

They owe me a refund for £2387 for a flight which was cancelled in Late June, I tried their own systems with Emails, got a ticket number but not one single reply. They state you get a reply in 2 days its now been over 35 days and several requests. Simply appauling customer service. Do not use TR they are not reliable at all.

This is the closed hotel travel republic have sent us to IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! This is corfu. We were suppose to travel 27th july, flight cancelled travelled 28th july. Travel republic have not replied to any emails, not refunded, not helped. NOT HAPPY. I will never use travel republic again. Left us stranded with a child. Currently having to raise a dispute via the bank to get my money back and had to pay for alternative accommodation while her. Travel republic you should be ashamed and have a duty of care to your customers. NOT NOT USE.

Terrible terrible terrible, like some others I’ve been trying to get hold of them for months!!!! Many emails sent not one reply and I can forget about even getting hold of them on the phone........ the office is permanently closed 😡😡😡

one of the worst travel company if thats what you call them i have had the miss fortune to book with. They do not care about there customers at all you will get no support what so ever from them through the corona virus, we have tried literally weeks to contact them through phone, emails even rang the emergency number no reply from them YOU CAN NOT CONTACT THEM THEY IGNORE YOU. I am a frequent traveller abroad I travel four times per year and have never dealt with such a disgusting travel company yet, they even get your bookings wrong tell you to contact them and they will get back to you in 48hr (nothing) (WATCH OUT ALSO) They send you a waver after you have booked saying they will not have any responsibility if any thing that goes wrong during the corona virus but you have no option to cancel all you loose all your money, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. You will loose it any way if you book with them and have a corona virus issue you may as well book independently you are paying there fees for Nothing Be AWARE
