Due to fly to Rhodes on 22nd September but the Hotel is closed now until 2021 summer. I only know this because i became friends with the hotel on facebook! I have already paid for the flights but booked as a package holiday. Easyjet say they are still flying so its MY PROBLEM I cannot amend the booking for next year or get a refund No replies to messages from Travel republic and they wont answer the phone. Never would I book with them again.

Booked in January 2020 to travel to Rhodes in September. had to pay flights in full £550 but was booked as a package the Hotel is now closed until Summer 2021 only know this as I have personally messaged the Hotel myself, no information at all from Travel republic. I am unable to re-book for next year through easyjet or get my money back because the flight is going ahead easyjet told me its MY PROBLEM

I have had no contact from travel republic since they cancelled my holiday at the end of May, it's now September. I appreciate we are in unprecedented times but this is totally unacceptable.

Not even worthy of one star. Due to travel to Thailand this Friday and have heard nothing from them. Hotel is closed, cannot locate flights on Qtar Airways and no tourists being allowed to enter Thailand. What are we supposed to do Travel Republic when you cannot even get hold of you by phone and you don't respond to messages!

Holiday cancelled in April, Travel Republic claim by standard e-mail refund due by 3rd June for this, no refund yet at 29th August. Other e-mails and letters not responded to yet TR are still advertising holidays. If they have the staff to book holidays then they have the staff to do the refunds. Never again, stick to TUI in future.

Customer service is non existent. They dont reply to your CSR's I have been trying since the beginning of July. I've messaged them on every platform possible. Phone lines are closed. I would never book with travel republic again.

Absolutely shocking customer service, infact it doesnt exist because you cant contact them via phone and my manage booking page doesnt open. I am suppose to fly out to Spain in 12 days time and havent recieved a call regarding my options i have available.

Absolute sh*t show took me of my money and then closed my account so they didn’t have to give it back because my holiday was cancelled can not get in touch with them in anyway but I will be going through court as I have all the proof and emails I need!!

Same issue as others that have posted. I have to pay balance of my holiday on 29th august and I know my flights have been cancelled with BA but travel republic are not answering their phones and not responding to queries raised . Dreadful customer service.

must be worse travel company in uk .can not call them and they dont reply to e-mails supose to pay balance in 5 days .and still can not talk to NO ONE.they keep you in the dark and just want to take your money what ever your circumstances

DREADFUL company to deal with. I had to cancel prepaid package holiday due to medical reasons in lockdown, they sent an email confirming cancellations and I would receive a full refund in 10 days then nothing. You cannot reach them on the phone, they just send the same email confirming my cancellation, but do not issue a refund the money. I fear they are about to go into bankruptcy and no one will be refunded. I am not in a position to lose that much money. Please do not book with them. I plan to now peruse this through ABTA.

First time using this company but NEVER, EVER again!! Booked November last year to go to Zante. Completed online in July to say that I wanted to cancel the holiday due to the virus ( I am at a vulnerable age) A message came up saying that I would be contacted within 5 working days. What have I had? NOTHING!!! I have tried phoning and they say opening hours are on their website - untrue. I have emailed with no response.

Never ever ever book with this co. They cancelled my holiday in March to the Caribbean for obvious reasons!! I was due to go in June . Endless emails letters going on my travel portal with TR 5 months of nothing , not a word . You can’t ring them they have put there phones off . Iv reported them to ABTA that’s a waste of time. They finally sent me an email last week my money will be in next week . Still not in the bank . They are a disgrace to the travel industry!!! They need there travel licence removing . Iv been told today this company is connected the emmerets group .

What customer service there is none, phone lines down for months they don't answer E Mails even raise it through online booking and its ignored updates on Facebook are a load of rubbish too, yes there's a pandemic and we are all trying to be patient we just wanted to change the dates not even asking for a refund and still nothing. How this company is getting away with this appalling customer service is beyond believe and using the current situation to be able to be getting away with it, for the odd customer who got there holiday is great, but for thousands who have been totally ignored and no refund or change of dates is totally unacceptable, you must need a crystal ball to get through to this lot. Take my advice stay clear I will never use again

Customer service is absolutely diabolical. They post daily on Facebook which makes them appear to care. All we wanted to do is to transfer our booking to next year. No response, no emails, no communication. I will NEVER use this company again. I know things are tough at the moment, but feel their customers are being taken for fools. They have got £800 of my hard earned money. Really upset and frustrated with this company.

Booked with Travel Republic in October last year for 1 week in Ibiza commencing 26th July. Was kept up to date with all Covid implications throughout and thoroughly enjoyed our week's holiday. Now out of quarantine on return. Thanks to Travel Republic for their professionalism throughout.

Our holiday to Turkey on 14th June was cancelled. Although I was unable to speak to anyone or write a "normal" text, just ones in manage my booking which did not cover my questions, I got my refund when the schedule said!! I kept up to date by logging on to TR site. I have booked with TR for 15+years & will again. People need to understand these have been unprecedented times & I was rewarded with my patience.

Shocking customer service. They won’t reply to mails and when you ring it says office is closed. I am trying to cancel accommodation as my flights were cancelled. Be very wary about using this company
