“We found the whole planning process really easy with TravelLocal. We indicated our preferences re transport, accommodation, sights and budget and María in San José came straight back to us with a wonderful itinerary. With a few modifications, this fitted our budget and our dreams perfectly. What seemed a daunting prospect became effortless. We are now really looking forward to our trip in April. “I arranged two trips with TravelLocal/Tonkin Travel in the south and North of Vietnam. I must have made a dozen tweaks and changes, but Dzung, our rep, remained friendly efficient, fast and accommodating every step of the way. This is the first time we have ever gone for an arranged tour and so far (not going on the trip until next year) the experience has been more than positive. ON this basis alone I would highly recommend TravelLocal”

“From the initial enquiries, through to creating a bespoke itinerary for us, right through to the actual tour, everything was executed perfectly by our local contact in Jordan. Khaldoun answered all of our questions very quickly and the service we received was great. We had a fantastic holiday, seeing many of the highlights from Petra to the Dead Sea, Wadi Rum and many more amazing sights. Our guide and driver, Reyad, could not have been more informative and helpful throughout our time in Jordan, providing us with interesting background information and help throughout our stay. Jordan is a beautiful country with friendly and welcoming people, I would recommend it to anyone and TravelLocal would be the perfect company to arrange your visit through.”

“I hadn’t heard of this or any similar organisation but its principles and ABTA and ATOL protection appealed. I like tailor made trips just for my family group. Concluding one to Uzbekistan was simple and very quick. Impressed.”

“This is an interim review. The process so far has been excellent! I had problems with my payment in that my intention was to place a deposit to secure my booking of my intention to travel to India. The system however processed full payment. I informed several people of the error which was quickly rectified to my satisfaction. The agent Nutan in India, has been excellent! She has kept me informed continuously and timeously. She is highly regrded. Many thanks Fatima Bhyat.”
