I find it very annoying (and you aren't alone in this)that I can investigate accommodation possibilities on one day but when I make a decision, sometimes barely 24 hours later, that the price has altered and invariably gone up. I feel that just isn't fair.

I would like to see more photos for the rooms. For example, the beds belonging to the family room do not appear exactly in the photo. Also, can breakfast be added later? This issue is not clear enough.

I have used Travelodge for years but found my recent experience very aggravating. 1. I knew the one I wanted in London, Blackheath Rd, and looked for Greenwich, but no clear identification. 2. Worse, when I came to pay I had great difficulty getting past PayPal, which I don't like, to get to my Credit card

The question was about the booking experience. The site has a glitch. When you want to review the booking before going on to pay it keeps adding guests and rooms and changing the amount to be paid. Had to go into the details, delete the extra rooms and then pay when it was correct. Please check the site.

Utilizzo Travelodge da diverso tempo, per il prezzo che si paga, le stanze dovrebbero essere rifatte tutti i giorni, non solo dopo tre notti o su specifica richiesta. Dopo aver richiesto, sono state cambiate solo le salviette e nemmeno una passata di aspirapolvere . I letti non sono stati rifatti. Peccato. Receptionist molto gentili

I needed to speak to staff as I needed a room configuration that could not be booked via the website. Staff were brilliant in handling calls, response to email, Live Chat is a non-starter as no one is available, but word of caution that calls to travel lodge are very expensive and total cost is not as advertised. Its left me surprised why a company promoting budget as a main selling point haven’t changed the phone pricing model as per other national companies. In summary, staff are responsive, prices are good if you don’t need to talk to someone. Whatever you do do not contact via phone.

You are a painful outfit to deal with. It is hard to contact the hotel, your phone systems are designed to keep the caller hanging on in order to maximise the charge you make per call. If I had another option I would book elsewhere.

I booked and paid for a two night stay in Travelodge Wembley thinking the hotel was in Wembley only to discover within minutes of booking and paying that it was in fact in Ealing. I phoned almost immediately to see if I could transfer the booking to the Travelodge in Wembley but was told emphatically no. I did not find the lady at all sympathetic to me but quite dismissive, more or less along the lines that I had made the booking without any refund for cancellation etc. I asked if I could speak to a manager and while she said yes, did not attempt to connect me to a manager. I really cannot afford to book again in Wembley so will have to make do with the Ealing booking but it is more inconvenient as we are visiting our son who lives over there. Apart from that the whole booking and paying process was extremely user-friendly, especially for someone like me,a pensioner with limited I.T. Many thanks, Brigir McAuley.

Sometimes the website is very slow I had to try on 3 occasions to get what I required. Once on the experience was ok

Booked a room, as it was where I wanted, for an OK price. Only gave 3 stars, as booking is far more difficult (than your rivals Premier Inn) as your map view DOES NOT show comparitive prices to help you choose.

I booked 3 rooms meaning all to be using flexible rate but unfortunately one was saver. I immediately rung travel lodge to amend saver room to flexible but they said it couldn't be done.! I can't understand why this unable to be amended.

I have been using this Travelodge since it was built, Mel your receptionist treats us like old friends and is very helpful. We been for three years because of illness and Covid but some things do not change, so I doubt if we will come back. The banging of the exit and entry door, is a mental challenge and if I am paying for a good nights sleep it is what I would want. It does not happen in many of your lodges we have stayed in throughout the UK. I know it is a Fire door but there has to be a way out. Also when are you going to get bigger televisions in your rooms, your competitors have already done this.

Cleanliness good. No hot breakfast, only breakfast to go. Family room above weatherspoons entrance so noisy. Bath not big enough for adult and not very warm. No hair dryer. Staff not overly friendly. No staff seen on Sunday departure. I do not think value for money and would request a partial refund. Please contact me. I do not think it
