Very good, clean and tidy with pleasant staff in a good location. Minor snag with parking getting the discount when they don’t answer the phone. Apparently on a break!

Room clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Only frustration was that there were r plastic cups in the room for water. Seems trivial but I have never stayed anywhere where there is not some sort of beaker in the bathroom.

The App is so bad that after 4 attempts to book we had to use the website. Even then the payment procedure failed twice

Overall excellent, the staff are outstanding I will single out "chee" who was on the night shift, friendly and helpful a fantastic staff member. She is the sort of person who I used to employ when I was in catering management. About the only downside which is the reason for a four star score, the mirror in our bathroom was slightly fogged and the flush button's were very stiff. But the standards of cleanliness were beyond reproach. The atmosphere was good, the breakfast was excellent and the chicken tikka flavourful. If I am back in Stoke hospital again I will definitely be back in the travel lodge.

not great - beds weren't made on arrival. not enough towels, only 2 mains sockets, no hair dryer or fridge TV was small and limited on channels Room light controls not as good as hub rooms. no car park but one down by ferry charges £5 per 24 hours. paid far too much for what we got on the plus side their is a Weatherspoons underneath for breakfast / dining.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of Fulham Broadway tube station, and on a main street with many shops and cafes, so it's quite a convenient location. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. (It was at the back of the building, which helped with quietness). The room temperature was OK and the bed was comfortable enough, so we slept well. There was a kettle with coffee and tea, etc. The reception area is rather minimal, but the staff we interacted with there were friendly and helpful. For a short stay near Fulham, this is a very reasonable option.

Extremely poor , through no fault of my own due to my trip being cancelled It has cost me £62.99 to go nowhere. That's very unfair and poor

Stratford Travelodge was the perfect place for us to stay for easy access to the London Stadium, and the station. A very competitive rate, a comfortable room in a clean hotel environment. Excellent breakfast for around £10 per person. To top it all, the staff were all friendly and professional.

We needed parking at the hotel, when we tried to book it there was various issues with connections to the parking app, this resulted in almost 90 minutes of our visit wasted trying to ensure we had no issues when leaving the car park. The staff in the hotel advised us it was nothing to do with them and we'd have to sort it ourselves. This was made worse with them not only not helping but they found our frustration something to laugh about. In the morning we decided to have breakfast, when we tried to pay for it we handed over 20 pounds and were simply told there wasn't any change available as the night shift hadn't left any. A bit of a con as the night shift told us the same thing the previous evening at the bar. Seems a good scam if people are gullible enough to accept paying over the amount requested because the hotel doesn't have any change. Definitely wouldn't use Kendal again.
