“Booking process is straightforward however we wanted an evening meal and breakfast one the first evening and morning only and we could not find a way to do this online”

“I prebooked breakfast, nobody told me that the breakfast room and dining area were undergoing major modification and would not be available. I was told there would be an email confirming that a refund would be given there was no email I phoned Filton and was given a service number to dial, this service number couldn't do anything but tried to phone reception and were unable to get through. I want my money back for the breakfast I never had”

“I stayed at your Slough Travelodge from 27th July 2023 until Saturday 29th July. Upon leaving as I always do I stripped the beds in advance for the cleaners. I wish I had not!!! I was almost sick. To think I had actually paid money to sleep on that bed and step barefoot on that carpet has left me feeling extremely upset. To add to this I sensitively and discreetly informed the staff at the desk who gave me the email address to email my complaint. This complaint was acknowledged and then has been ignored with no outcome whatsoever. I travel very frequently and 9 times out of 10 always choose to stay with you. I am sorry to have to leave this feedback, but due to NOT having a resolution I have no choice. I do not want to have to do further public reviews. I cannot believe the lack of response to such a serious complaint. I have 3 images that I don't want others to have to see, so PLEASE can I be acknowledged and have this matter resolved?
