“Airline cancelled my flight, so I opted for refund. Turned out traveloka only allows credit refund; your money is gone for good if you’re travelling anytime soon. My other flight is also affected by this airline cancellation, but traveloka denied my refund request as airline cancellation by saying this flight is still open. Even when I can no longer use that flight. I wrote to customer support twice two weeks ago, and so far there is no response of any kinds. The airline is obviously at fault, but traveloka’s attitude and speed of action are far worse. For unknown reason, the website doesn’t allow me to submit my review with the screenshot of my two bookings.”

“They are frauds. I paid extra for extra luggage and seat upgradation. When I boarded flight they said they have not receivefd any info or payment regarding this.”

“I used their app to book my flights, but their system issued me an incorrect ticket. Despite contacting them the minute I received the incorrect e-ticket, they have been incredibly uncooperative in rescheduling my flight. It takes ages to get through to an agent on their customer service line and when you do finally speak to someone, they tell you that they can't do anything, but will pass your message along. Their chat support is even worse, with whoever handling that being completely incompetent. They reschedule the flight to whenever they choose, i.e., completely wrong dates, and still try to charge a rescheduling fee, irrespective of the fact that the whole situation arose due to their system error. I will never use them again and am now out of pocket having to book an extra night's accommodation because I won't arrive in time to catch the ferry to my end destination. I absolutely do NOT recommend using them: the couple of bucks you're looking to save are not worth the hassle of having to deal with their faulty systems and useless staff.”

“This Traveloka site is fake and no genuine rating provided in the site.On backend they ask people to opt for 5star rating and giving money for getting high promotion on their sites.Even they are doing frauds and lost poor people money .Dont trust”

“You people are Thief! I booked a flight through your website 4 January 2020 for rm417.because of COVID 19 my flight was cancelled by the airline and country border closed. After waiting over 3 years you refund on rm22? You people are despicable. I'll be sure to post this on every platform so people don't use your application.”

“the airline Cathay Pacific wouldn't let my colleagues wife on her flight!! apparently there was an issue with her ticket, but her friend got on ok. Traveloka, We've tried calling you, you hang up!! We tried emailing, you don't answer, we've tried the messanger service, you say "We're working on your Query" and still 24hours later, NO F*kcing ANSWER!!! Your a SCAM Traveloka!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!”

“I do not travel! Your company tried to charge my PayPal account this morning. A $70.40 charge... I called and was asked for my PayPal account number for verification 😅😅 Then was told that no.manager is available to even call me back. I will tell all that I know and post on socia.media to never use this company.”

“Avoid at all costs! Booked hotel for 1 week, non refundable, only to be informed AFTER the booking process that I will also have to pay at the hotel 15% of the total + some other fee!! Crazy!! This is never informed before confirming! I tried to book again same hotel just to make sure. Customer service is useless!”

“Booking a hotel thru this website and received a call from them, the hotel room is not available even after getting a confirmation email. Need me to re-do booking another hotel.... With the same outcome, hotel rooms are not available. Waste my time and money. Customer Service was not really helpful and tolerated and I request on the compensation.”

“This traveloka is fraud . I booked online there is another price and then after they call me again saying price has increased why they want to make fool of me it’s not my mistake I booked according to application and now they call and tell me price increased but there’s no update in the application. And I had booked for 30 kg going and comeback but they decrease my Babbage without informing me !!why I paid money for ???and then I asked them that’s not my mistake that’s because you didn’t update your prices in websites but no they didn’t want to listen …they said if I don’t want I can refund and I asked for refund now they asking me cancellation charge USD 265 …does this make sense ???? No how they can be double faced if there was already updated price I wouldn’t have lost my time talking with them hours to say my concern but still they doesn’t care .this is very bad I don’t recommend people to book from this application 👎👎👎👎👎and one time is understandable but two time is not okay same excuse will not work every time .😡😡😡😡I m very angry with their management team and everyone .they want charge for everything they have something in their website and different while doing action totally not good. It not acceptable .”

“Traveloka is scammers. I need to change date if my flight and wanted me to pay more than i paid, i asked refund and tell me i will get $373 but when i said ok refund me then the bill came only $123 they said there have $250 refund fee. Who in the right mind will pay $250 refund fee? Please be aware and don’t use traveloka. You will lost a lot of money from using them website!!! Thieves”

“Worst company ever. I won't never ever use traveloka again. For reschedule my flight I have to pay full amount a new ticket, while the old ticket can't be refunded. My flight schedule still a month in advance. What sort of agent it is.”

“Never use this this website to book flight! I requested a refund for a flight and they said estimates refund amount is 700 dollar. I was happy with that so I decided to process it. However I got back only 460 dollar, with NO explanation. I emailed them and got the answer that it is the cancellation fee from the airline. But from the beginning to the end of the refund process they didnt tell me about it at all. They said that's now they have informed me so they hope I understand. Cant believe they have this terrible service and the lack of customer protection.”

“Hi, The traveloka website was easy to use, but didn't reflect citilink airline policy. I paid extra luggage for my surfboards, only to be told at the citilink counter I should pay a sports equipment fee. Traveloka don't state this on their website and tell me they can't refund the extra luggage fee I paid but could not use. Their responses were short, dismissive and reflect poor business etiquette. Never again will I book through them.”

“Traveloka is a scam. The worst platform ever use. They took 3 hours to response a flight re-schedule, and by the time i made payment they took another 3 hours to response during the mid night. By the time, the price has gone up and they request for more additional charges. Stranded in overseas, i had to booked another flight, lost of another ticket worth plus a business opportunity thanks to traveloka! Beware of their fake advertisement saying "easy re-schedule". I will never use them ever again and they should shut down the company.”

“Do not use Traveloka, they gave me completely different flights to what I had ordered, different dates, and different times. Additionally, they want me to pay 1.3 million dong for rescheduling to the original tickets that I had bought, even though the problem was entirely because of their website. So unless you want to be scammed do NOT use this travel company.”
