“Traveloka has been a lifesaver for me on multiple occasions. I’m not the best at planning trips in advance, and Traveloka always helps me find last-minute deals on flights and hotels. Their platform is straightforward, and I love how they integrate everything from flights, hotels, to activities at the destination. It's really a one-stop solution for all my travel needs. “I’ve been using Traveloka for a few months now, and I’m generally very satisfied with their service. “just about a week back I used Traveloka on my way to Bali flying out of Milan, Italy and was quite taken aback at how many alternatives were available at such competitive prices. One thing that the app does very well is comparing various airlines plus their schedules - hence it is the ultimate destination for any traveler seeking budget options to explore. However, everything changed for me when there was a problem with my reservation. I reached out to Traveloka's customer support via their in- app chat several times but was kept on hold forever without getting any assistance.”

“I used the Traveloka app to book a surprise trip for my parents from San Francisco to Honolulu recently, and let me tell you, it has been an amazing experience. Finding the right flights and pricing options with this application was much easier as a result of its neat yet simple interface while payment was seamless. When my parents landed at the airport, they got a special welcome note from Traveloka, which was a wonderful surprise for them. Via the "Search by Interest" feature on Traveloka we found out amazing things that only people in Hawaii do, like cultural Hawaiian luau or snorkelling at an untouched coral reef.”

“Traveloka is the best travel booking site that I can recommend leave no mention of the date change, cancellation or refund. In my recent trip from Bangladesh to Thailand, there were no sudden charges because of their well-known prices. This app has an outstanding interface through which customers get to find better deals and handle their reservations in an easier way. I really love when customers can search, peruse through different airlines' costs and compare these rates against each other. They did a good job at booking and check-in process. I have been using Traveloka for several years already without facing any challenges at all. Just give it a try and you will be amazed at what this travel agency application can do!”

“It offers me many great affordable packages and options. The app is easy to navigate too and I can easily book it for both my family or a group of friends. However found several old hotel but with nice picture, just a friendly reminder for you to double check on Google Maps”

“I had a mistake in booking my hotel. I called Traveloka's customer service number for assistance. They were able to fix my problem under 24 hours. I was so relieved. They helped me again! Traveloka's customer support is top-notch! I apologise, Traveloka, for having you go through so much. Lesson learned Do not book hotels while sleepy! I will try booking flights with you next time!”

“I was disappointed with Traveloka's refund service. After canceling the ticket, I had to wait for days without any clarity on when the funds would be returned. Even after contacting customer service, the answers given were very general and did not provide concrete solutions. Traveloka must be more transparent and quick in handling the refund process so that users do not feel disadvantaged. I give a 5 rating here so that you can hear my complaint.”

“Traveloka often promotes big discounts and attractive promotions, but unfortunately, many of these promotions cannot be used due to hidden and very confusing terms and conditions. This makes for a very poor user experience. Please be more transparent in providing information about promo terms and conditions, and ensure that promotions are actually usable without compromising user experience.”

“There are too many advertisements and promotional pop-ups in the Traveloka app that appear constantly and annoyingly. This makes the experience of searching for tickets or hotels uncomfortable. The app should focus more on user convenience, not making users feel like they are in a night market with promotions popping up everywhere. Reduce the number of adverts and pop-ups to improve user experience.”

“I finally had a chance to review this company that I've been used in the last 2 flights and hotels. Overall, the process was good, there was no delay or customer service problem in me. But, one thing that makes me wonder was why the notifications in the app so spamming? I had to turn the notification off because of the spam or promos notification. Please keep our privacy transparent.”
