I suppose to flight on 21.03 But obviously because of the situation we been advise not to fly.i have called the company to get the refund back there is not chance either you re-schedule and whatever you choose you need to pay extra money either you cancel and you need to pay anyway That's terrible how some company take advantage of some situation that regards the humanity Terrible in the future doesn't matter that on this website will be 200 cheaper the flight we should all avoide them On top of it the refund will be back in 8 to 10 weeks which is ridiculous

Hi, My flight to Asia was cancelled, due to Cornavirus i guess, which is fine. No one told me my flight was cancelled, i had to find out myself from the airline company website. If i didn't, i would have never knew i guess! But when i called Travel Trolley, they said i can't be refunded and i could only have a reschedule which i don't want with extra fees. Who wants to have a reschedule during coronavirus? Total joke. I don't know what to do regarding their policy. I will try to contact an advocate. Please lets all join in TravelTrolley.uk Twitter page like that we can all exchange together about that.

Absolutely appalled. Customers have NO control over what is happening, yet you won’t even offer a refund or vouchers. You do realise the only reason you exist as a company is because of customers. Well done for treating so poorly they never want to use you again. The stand off and defensive attitude of the staff is something to note as well.

Worst experience.no reply.no refunds wheather in this corona case every flight is giving refund they say no refund for partial use ticket.pathetic.never gonna use ita nd will never ask anyone to use

A BIT OF ADVICE NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY TRAVEL TROLLEY - THEY ARE A COMPLETE SHAMBLES. THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!! FCO saying COVID-19 Exceptional Travel Advisory Notice As countries respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, including travel and border restrictions, the FCO advises British nationals against all but essential international travel. Any country or area may restrict travel without notice unable to travel, “Visitors are not allowed to enter the UAE until further notice" been issued on 19th March 2020 has been issued by Dubai however Travel Trolley won't give us a refund but if we had booked direct with Emirates we would have a got a full refund at the time when we emailed a couple of days ago! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE. Small claim being lodged at the Court!!

Similar to below cannot travel doe to corvid restrictions and travel trolley cancelled our flights without permission meaning we will get v little in refund. Stay well clear of this outfit. Disgraceful Verin

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!! FCO saying unable to travel, however Travel Trolley won't give us a refund but if we had booked direct with Etihad we would have a got a full refund!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE. Small claim being lodged at the Court!!!

Will NEVER book with Travel Trolly again. They are a disgrace. Flights booked via Travel Trolly with Qatar Airlines to Thailand. Other family members booked directly with airline and received a full refund. Travel Trolly offering a £100 back if we cancel the flight despite not being allowed to travel. Come on Travel Trolly - do the right thing because if you don’t go out of business now by keeping people’s money you will!! It’s hard times for everyone. Give us our money back! One star given as you had to click something but I wouldn’t be giving any stars if that was an option! 😡

Absolute disgrace. I understand that things are tough right now in this industry but to have the phone ring out non-stop when people are looking for clarity on their trips is ridiculous. I booked flights to Dubai. In the UK we are advised you can't travel there now but as the Emirates flight is still going ahead (presumably empty unless there are transfers) they won't allow me to rearrange for later in the year or even offer a refund after many emails. Is this the airlines fault, Terrible Trolley or the UAE.. only god knows (even he/she is probably getting no response from TT). I'll take this as a lesson not to use outfits like this again in the future.

I am due to be travelling to Thailand via Abu Dhabi today 18/4/2020, I’m view if the corona virus travel trolley sent email asking customers to email them if t ta ravelling in next 7 days , I emailed them yesterday to advise in view of FCO GUIDELINES, adv no travel except essential travel that means my husband would not be travelling , and requesting a full refund. I have tried to call the over 20 times over the last 24 hours the number is disconnected and not being answered! This company has let customers down , and is doing nothing to rectify this situation, it’s out of our hands we have been told by the FCO NOT TO TRAVEL! Refund our money and answer emails that are beyond g sent to you! Also why give a telephone number t ta hat is cut off? TERRIBLE COMPANY! DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ! BEWARE

Travel trolley should be known as travel toilet. They are refusing to give me back my refund although I can’t travel to the US due to the ban. Very unprofessional scammers. I won’t advice anyone to use them!!

Cancellation terms re: COVID-19 mentioning a full refund on their website on this health risk circumstance on lockdown state destinations is a false statement. Travel Trolley is indeed charging £170 per customer cancellation charge. RIDICULOUS!

I have booked my tickets with them and asking for refund as airline has sent them a letter that they should give full refund to trvellers but they said I will be charged for administration and cancellation fees. but I am not cancelling this is happened due to corona

Phone first time to cancel my flight to Philippines due to lockdown and FCA travel advise . Been Told to call Singapore airlines 5 hours on a phone in the end they told me that travel agent should fallow policy what is posted on a website . They didn't understand why I contacted them ?! Now can't reach this so call "company " if I not receive my money back I taking you to small court claim is only 70£ , what in the end will be pay by you ! Scammers absolutely disgusting practise !

Dont use them they are just a bunch fools who like to just rip you off. That's the only help you get of these guys. I'm mixed race and I'm telling you straight use your research and get yourself a well established company from the UK. Dont settle for money's like these

My airline cancelled my flight (due to Coronavirus) though it is every where on the news and i have recieved emails from airline provider that my flight is cancelled, Travel trolley is unable to issue a refund as they have not heard from the airline. They keep asking me to contact the following day. No one is making the effort to chase the airline or ask airline to give permission. I spoke to different people and the worse customers service was recieved by Karan who was really rude and was not helping. He kept asking me to disconnect my call and call back again.
