He was on the phone with me throughout, for over half an hour, pausing while I was reviewing the details without putting pressure for me to finalise the reservation.
The price I found on the TravelUp website was one of the most competitive out of those I saw on fare comparison websites, and the whole process very straightforward thanks to his excellent customer service.
