My refund was dealt with as promised between 4 - 6 weeks. Very pleased with the customer service provided by Janki.

Just to say a big thank you to Fleming Grayson who dealt with my unfortunate request for a voucher earlier today in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner. He has made the blow of not being able to proceed with our booking, because my friend who lives in NY is currently barred from Greece for covid reasons, a little easier. Really appreciated Fleming!

thank you Emma for your ultra prompt response to my request to cancel my hotel. it was an easy process and we are very pleased with Travel ups customer service and no quibble service. we always use TRavel up for all our hotel and holiday bookings. They offer great service and value for money

Flights were CANCELLED in May2020 and now its September 2020 NO REFUND received!!! we had worse experience with travel up,booked in December 2019, got cancelled flight confirmation from the airline in May 2020. We tired contact travelup many times but no response for personal booking just kept receiving emails about covid19 and effected travel. Finally got through to them in mid June and asked for the options, were given two, voucher or refund with £50 charge, and we chose refund with £50 pounds administration charges. "even though airline said we should get full refund". But this was not the end of long chase and wait we kept waiting and chasing every 4 weeks or so, and been kept getting same answer, that form has been submitted and waiting for refund from the airline,each time we called. and its been 3 MONTHS since they asked us to submit for refund and we did And WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AS YET!!! and now they dont even talk on the phone properly, after waiting in queue for long time to get through to them, they keep asking for more weeks for us to wait and when we said this is not acceptable atleast give us some details where we can make complain and get some clear answers then they put us on hold and then cut of the call!!:-( We spoke to the airline and they said refunds have been cleared, as they clear their accounts twice a month with the agents, therefore the agent got the refunds,and they don't hold any money for refunds!!!

Full refund for my flight even if it is a voucher. Was originally offered a reduced amount but got full amount fast and friendly thanks to Fleming Greyson

Roger was so helpful and patient with me. He made the process fast and easy. I had never used this website before. He has Great Customer service. The price was much better than any other place I checked. Great Job Roger. Your Service is hard to come by now a days. I will request to talk to Roger on all my future bookings. Theresa.

ROGER PATRAS went above and beyond to help me complete my reservation. My bank denying the charges multiple time. He saw that and reached out to me within minutes multiple times to help me out. He Took my payment over the phone and completed my reservation for me. With out the help of Rodger I would’ve had to book through another site. Keep up the good work!

This company is fraudulent. It cancelled flights to luxor and refused to give me my money back going against EU regulations. They have offered me an EgyptAir voucher that I do not want, and only did so on me chasing them several times. You cannot call them, they do not answer the phone or reply to emails. I will never book with travel up again, they are crooks and i am out of pocket by 800 GBP.

I requested a voucher for my next flight , Fleming Greyson was quick to respond with a quick answer and delt with my request so wisely. Thanks Greyson you are serving your us( customer) well. KEEP IT UP AND CARING ON.

Worst booking agent ever. Took over 5 months to receive a refund for a cancelled flight. During which time they ignored over 100 attempts I made to contact them and retrospectively altered their terms and conditions to include a £50 administration fee. After not hearing from them for weeks I applied for a chargeback from my bank, who TravelUp then wrongly informed I hadn't contacted them first. In the 5 months I spent chasing my refund, they continuously claimed that they where waiting for the refund from Emirates. Emirates claims this is a lie. Worst travel company out there. Appalling customer service and outright stealing form customers during a pandemic.

No customer service Rude and dismissive. Hung up the phone when challenged on legality No communication despite numerous attempts Rubbish in every respect other than quick to take your money DON’T USE THEM!
