Nov 14th, 2022 I bought tickets from travelup. I was very much looking forward to my pre-Christmas stay in Brussels. Unfortunately, the flight was Dec 7th, 2022 canceled by airline. Travelup did not help me find a new alternative. Silence! No service!
Despite the fact that there was no cancellation on my part, the travel agency still did not refund the £302.09 I paid for the tickets. Travelup has been illegally holding my money for a month now. Refunds are subject to approval with a £50 fee. Why? For what? I have nothing at all from travelup and have to pay £50? I've been robbed! We'll see what the County court says about it!

“I used travelup to book flights several months before I was travelling, however the flight companies have a habit of tweaking the times of flights, which you then usually have to confirm. When I couldn’t find one of my flights, I contacted travelup and Roy Edwards promptly responded and sorted it out. Thank you.”

“I was a bit wary about using TravelUp to book, as I had not heard of them before but I had been guided to the site by Trip Advisor who I do trust and when I did some online research the reviews came back that said this was a reputable company. I phoned up to make a booking because I prefer to speak with a live person and I talked to Faraz Ali who remained my customer contact person throughout the whole process.. Faraz was very helpful and replied to all my questions via his timely emails.. whenever I sent him an email with a question he always responded in a timely fashion so I never had to worry that he would just suddenly "disappear" on me.. When I had trouble with paying using the payment link Faraz was very patient in sending me the link multiple times and eventually helping me resolve the payment issue through alternative means. I have not traveled yet to the hotel that I booked but I hope and trust there will be no hassles with the booking once I get to the hotel.. So far I feel I have received very good customer service from Faraz Ali .”

I recommend you not to book anything from this website. Their Customer Service is pathetic. My flight got cancelled and they asked me to arrange alternative with the airlines by myself and when i did it by spending more than €300 calls. They said there is airlines restrictions which is not true. The airlines arranged the alternative and put in my reservation and travelup just need to re issue ticket and following was their reply:
Please note that we have again check the Airline policy. Unfortunately, as per the Airline policy we cannot offer you the flight which you mentioned in your previous email.
Please note that as we have already informed you about Airline restrictions but if you still have any issue regarding our customer service, so you need to send us a separate email at complaints@travelup.com.
Furthermore, we need your confirmation to process the partial refund of your tickets. If airline would mark you no-show, we won't be able to take responsibility for any inconvenience.
If anyone needs any evidence than please contact me and i will provide you all emails screenshots and conversations.
But save your happiness and family with such travel companies.”
“During the check-in hotel team requested a surcharge in amount of 50% of my original booking price that I paid online. TravelUp resolved this issue very quickly. A few emails back and force and we got checked-in without any surcharges. Thanks Harley Winget for helping us to resolve the issue.”
“They managed to change my flight booking after flight cancellation by the Airline. They satisfied my request to the best of their ability given availability of dates by the airline. If I am allowed, I would only advise Travel Up to try to reduce waiting time on the phone and may also try to reply to emails promptly.

“I couldn’t of asked for a better service from travel up. I got an immediate response from Asif and he was so kind to help me change my flight to a more convenient date and go through all the options with me.
