“I recently booked flights to Spain & due to bad weather conditions my return flight on 9th of Jan to London was cancelled. Because I didn't book the flights directly with the airline I had to contact Travelup customer services. After several phone calls & emails I was asked if I wanted a flight to Dubai or a flight to London on the 22nd of Jan. In the emails & calls I explained that I was stranded in Bilbao Airport with no food or drink & no way to return home. This fact seemed to be lost through translation to the staff in the Indian call centre. Not once did they return my calls or reply to my emails & I was told the flight wasn't cancelled & I was a no show. I was basically abandoned. While Iberia passages were given hotel accommodation & tickets for food, I was left with having to deal with Travelup & their incompetent staff who really didn't careless & had no understanding or empathy to the situation. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & WILL NEVER USE THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A TRAVEL AGENT & THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES”
“Very bad customer service if they cant help they just hang up the phone. I called tgem twice to send me my eticket but this people send me my cancelled flight eticket again i called them then again they send me something different .just fedup with this people .”
“BAD! They take sooo long to resolve something other the phone. They have no idea what’s going on. They have incorrect information from airlines. I had my flight cancelled and they still claimed I couldn’t have a refund because the flight was scheduled so I literally had to prove myself right. They are só rude and incompetent. And when you finally pass on what you need they say they will process and never inform you again of what is going on. How can they not know my flight status???? Or is this because they don’t want to provide a refund?!”

“Really poor communication! Trying to get through is a nightmare then when you do very little help or support is offered. Finally got a voucher for our flight in 2 weeks times which was a quick turnaround but had to be given the right time frame. Was given no information on how to rebook or even the voucher code just the email from BA confirming it. Now back at square 1 trying to get hold of someone”
“THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE In SUCH a difficult situation as we are all into at the moment this company still manage to make everything worse FOR us. It's a nightmare. I will NEVER use this service again. They have ID caller and your account information comes up and they purposely DISCONNECT YOU. I have been trying to get a REFUND since July 2020 due to the Pandemic
The member of staff are rude and useless. I will tell everyone I can to AVOID THIS COMPANY. ALL I want is my REFUND it doesn't take 6 months to issue a REFUND. I will continue to call, email and writing REVIEWS until I receive my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.”
“We had booked a return flight to Chicago with TravelUp in August. When we came to check-in the night before on December 8th we found that our ticket had been canceled. We rang TravelUp to find out why it had been canceled and they said they did not know why....
The flight was still happening but our tickets had been canceled!? We had to book directly with the airline just a few hours before the flight left and ended up paying over £2000!
We have not received an apology email or refund.
I highly recommend you do not book with TravelUp! I will be requesting for a full refund and the extra £2000+ we had to pay!
It is disgusting service, I hope they learn from this and start treating their customers with respect, integrity and honesty.

“The admin officer, Michelle Vincent, who dealt with my query was very polite, clearly spoken, efficient and patient. I was expecting to have to wait a very long time for my call to be answered but it was only about 10 minutes. Owing to my positive experience on this phone call, I will be using Travel Up again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend to other people.”
“Had my flight canceled by KLM . No other flight offered. Never even informed me. Was just checking ahead of time to find out it was canceled. travel Up was horrible. Charging me 50 pounds from a 317 pound flight. Saying they have to work from home now because of COVID and it is to cover the cost. I have now e-mailed 4 times asking for the refund. No reply. And first time say it was to take 8 weeks to get me the money. They still have not started the refund process. Do not book with them ever. First I tried to phone . Another joke. They said I had to do it all on line. But refuse to return e-mails.”
“I am really pleased with the way Fleming Greyson handled the rebook of my BA flight ticket today. I had spoken to someone prior today but the person does not seem to know what he was talking about and I was been pushed around for 2 days which was very upsetting. “I had to request a refund for flight vouchers and spent months trying to get information. Once everything had calmed down I was able to speak to an advisor called Fleming Grayson, who was very patient and helpful and after several phone calls, I have been able to reserve a flight with BA. Still need to apply the vouchers, but BA are not taking any calls now, but as flight is reserved am hoping it will all be sorted early 2021. Big thanks to Fleming Grayson and his patience with me.”
