One team member said we cannot do booking for vouchers at night. Whats this policy?? Milton did it at night then why someone else cannot do it?? I want amswers to all my questions? They are dishonest and do nothing to protect your reservations or money. If Travelup has the opportunity to rip you off they will absolutely do it. They need to be held criminally liable for their actions and stealing from everyday citizens. Unfortunately the travel industry is not regulated much like most industries.”
“Absolutely Pathetic service and call centre is full of scammers. Return flights was changed 3 times and i was forced to say yes to accept terms or lose my booking with no refund. Stay away at any cost..you will get pop up on sky scanner to book with them. DO NOT BOOK with them or they will mess up your entire holiday.”
“Spoke to someone, they took no details of my issue and said they will look into it, had me on hold for 40 minutes. I gave up, phoned back and spoke to someone else. They took the details and put me on hold for about another 15 minutes before Junaid answered and had to explain everything to him again. It took Junaid about 30 minutes to explain something quite simple and then he spent nearly 20 minutes getting me to leave a review for him, mentioning his name, on here.
Awful.

“DO NOT USE!!! Travel agents are supposed to make booking holidays easier travel up makes it considerable harder. Waited over an hour to speak to someone on the phone only to them be told that I needed to send an email to resolve my issue. I have sent an email over a week previous through the form on their website but got no response. Just don't bother.”
“One of the worst experiences ever. I had a flight booked for Glasgow to Delhi on 14th and wanted it to be changed to 22nd, more than 45 days before the travel. The guys wanted to charge me an additional 250 pounds, even when I could see that there was no significant increase in the ticket rates on their site. So, I had to cancel my booking with them. Firstly, for a 500 pounds ticket, they only refunded 350 pounds even though I had chosen for refundable option during booking. But, it seems that when they say refundable it does not include something called a convenience fee.
Anyway, I canceled my ticket nonetheless, and it's been more than 45 days, and am still waiting for my refund. Not sure what kind of business are they running. It's nothing if not sort of a scam.”

“Travel up is most on unreasonable company I have meet, three of us to travel to USA on Sunday a before we went CPR test my mum tested positive for covid. I called to explain, so they can cancel her ticket but they telling me that he will not refund the money that they only paid £30.00 for tax as if that I am the one make a rules that if you have covid for cannot travel. No customer care at all.”
“We have been given this customer service number 01189707593 which they never answer. After back and forth email with their customer service team, they called us on Saturday at 10pm and when I asked why did not you answer any call during the weekdays between 9am and 5pm and why are you calling
at this time of the night. Their response was that we are 24/7 company and can call you anytime. I was shocked to hear that response from a customer service advisor.
Our experience was horrible and would never ever recommend others to use them. Here is the synopsis- our flight schedule was changed and Airline was offering a new schedule which is not convenient for us. We paid the special price to have a shorter transit, however when the schedule changed our transit time changed from 2hr30m to 11hrs25m. We will have an 8-month-old baby with us and requested Travelup to review this new schedule or even consider contacting the airline to arrange airport accommodation. In response Travelup agent said this is the only option for you otherwise you can request for cancellation which would cost £135/per person ( we are 4 travelers). In the end, we have to accept the long-haul transit.
Even when we appected the new schedule, we had to send 4 emails for the new itinerary before the response it back.
We made the mistake to use Travelup as our travel agent and would never every use them again for sure.”
“I will never encourage anyone to book with this incompetent bunch of fools. They cancelled my flight tickets without my permission and I cried and I was terribly sad. I have not had to weep as an adult. Please book directly with airline in all circumstances!”
“Avoid at all costs. We have travelled full-time for two years and this is the only travel booking company we have felt compelled to review badly to help save others. They charged us over £2100 for flights in January 2021, then cancelled them due to covid. They refused to refund us but gave us travel vouchers. Since then we have tried on repeat to book new flights but each time they fob us off with different excuses… systems are down, the airline’s system isn’t working, the flights are triple the price as if you booked directly with the airline etc. The customer service is terrible. Please please avoid them and book somewhere else.”
