“Finally managed to speak to Taha who was most helpful in booking my travel voucher, much appreciated Taha. However overall it took me 5 hours with multiple calls to book this credit voucher with all agents transferring or telling me they would ring back until i spoke to Taha (5*) as there was no option to use credit voucher. I was using the app to purchase my tickets however the voucher cannot be used on the app and only on the website.”
