“I made a hotel reservation on 6/24 (total cost ~$985 for 3 days) i found out my mother tested positive for covid so i had to cancel my reservation which i did on that very same day 4 hours later. They charged me a $448 cancellation fee. It's worth mentioning the reservation was done 8 days in advance. Completely unacceptable. I travel a lot for business and never had to deal with such a greedy cancellation policy especially for people experiencing a hardship. I advice anyone reading this to stay away from doing business with this company. It might be cheap but it will cost you in long run if you run into any issues or hardships.”

We booked a room at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana with Travel Up at a substantial savings over booking through the resort directly. Communication was good with prompt replies to all my emails.
