We had booked a return flight to Chicago with TravelUp in August. When we came to check-in the night before on December 8th we found that our ticket had been canceled. We rang TravelUp to find out why it had been canceled and they said they did not know why.... The flight was still happening but our tickets had been canceled!? We had to book directly with the airline just a few hours before the flight left and ended up paying over £2000! We have not received an apology email or refund. I highly recommend you do not book with TravelUp! I will be requesting for a full refund and the extra £2000+ we had to pay! It is disgusting service, I hope they learn from this and start treating their customers with respect, integrity and honesty. I am sorry if anyone else has gone through a similar experience.

The admin officer, Michelle Vincent, who dealt with my query was very polite, clearly spoken, efficient and patient. I was expecting to have to wait a very long time for my call to be answered but it was only about 10 minutes. Owing to my positive experience on this phone call, I will be using Travel Up again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend to other people.

Had my flight canceled by KLM . No other flight offered. Never even informed me. Was just checking ahead of time to find out it was canceled. travel Up was horrible. Charging me 50 pounds from a 317 pound flight. Saying they have to work from home now because of COVID and it is to cover the cost. I have now e-mailed 4 times asking for the refund. No reply. And first time say it was to take 8 weeks to get me the money. They still have not started the refund process. Do not book with them ever. First I tried to phone . Another joke. They said I had to do it all on line. But refuse to return e-mails.

I am really pleased with the way Fleming Greyson handled the rebook of my BA flight ticket today. I had spoken to someone prior today but the person does not seem to know what he was talking about and I was been pushed around for 2 days which was very upsetting. I had decided within me that it will be the last time booking through Travelup. Gladly it is all sorted out now. A big thank you to Fleming.

We had to change our flight because of COVID issues. It was really easy as Mr Fleming was very helpful in sorting out the flight changes for us.

Unfortunately due Covid my flights were cancelled. Fleming was incredibly helpful in promptly initiating a full refund. I will definitely use travel up for future flights. Polite friendly and professional service. Thank you 😊

I had to request a refund for flight vouchers and spent months trying to get information. Once everything had calmed down I was able to speak to an advisor called Fleming Grayson, who was very patient and helpful and after several phone calls, I have been able to reserve a flight with BA. Still need to apply the vouchers, but BA are not taking any calls now, but as flight is reserved am hoping it will all be sorted early 2021. Big thanks to Fleming Grayson and his patience with me.

Despite these difficult times I was kept up to date by Travelup rep Fleming Greyson. This has enabled me to have the confidence to book holidays again using Travelup. Good luck to everybody 2021!

We booked our hotel accommodation for our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) 5 weeks before we were due to travel. They also sent us the confirmation voucher from them for our reservation. 1 week before we were due to travel, they send us an email stating we do not have the confirmation due to their supplier issues and were providing alternative accommodation that was not even close to what we had originally paid for. They completely refused to own up to their error and were not willing to pay the difference for alternative accommodation which by then had gone up in price. Stay clear of them as they are complete fraudsters and cheats.

Finally managed to use my credit with TravelUp. Had a flight cancelled due to COVID earlier in the year so took the option of a credit. When initially trying to redeem it my emails were completely ignored for weeks. Eventually got round to calling them and at first everything seemed fine. Was told I’d get an email with a link within a day. 3 weeks later and nothing. Got through again and said I’d get emailed within the hour. 6 hours later still nothing. Phoned again and was told I’d get a call back in an hour. 2 hours later still nothing. Finally got through to someone who at least sounded polite and friendly over the phone, Fleming Grayson. He sorted my new flight and seemlessly switched it over to the app for me. Had it not have been for him I’d probably have given this company 1 star. Wouldn’t recommend booking through them as it’s been like drawing teeth ever since I booked.

Although TU has handled my situation in a way that induced my anxiety. Fleming Greyson assured me that he would help me which he eventually did and today the 16th my situation was finally sorted and i can finally rest and be calm knowing that my flight is actually will take place on the 26th.
