“We had a very last minute cancelled flight by Ryan air (while Queuing at gate) and had paid for two nights accommodation up front using this company, we called and to let them know and our call advisor Vimal Kishan was so understanding and helpful, although our booking was initially non-refundable he went out of his way to secure alternative dates for us at no additional cost, which was such a relief for us as we would of lost a large amount of money if the booking hadn't been moved, I can not recommend Vimal enough he was patient, studious, courteous, efficient and professional and is a credit to his employers, given his service I would be very happy to recommend the company to others and use their services again - what could of been a difficult experience was made simple and easy by Vimal!”

i bought an airline ticket and upon receiving the confirmation i noticed a wrong date,i sent two requests via the website and an email to cancel the ticket.
i also phoned the company,it took over an hour to get an answer and was asked to send an email.
Travelup did not cancel the ticket on time and simply refund me 300 GBP from over 900 GBP when the airline allow free cancellation within 24 hours .
These guys are well-trained professional crooks,do not send them anything over their website as per their T&C only email considers notice ( even after a proper notice was sent they still did not cancel the ticket ) .”
