“Kyle Roberts was my third sales consultant within an hour having first been brushed off after my first enquiry to speak to the "online team", and then after speaking to a sales adviser on this team, being told I had to speak directly to the airline to get a refund voucher applied to a new booking., However, Kyle was attentive, and took time to both listen and resolve the issue fully without fobbing me off.”

“I was a bit trepidatious. And it started painfully (I don’t know my phonetic alphabet!) but Tajir Sanjay helped me. I’d called because I’m searching for flights to Vancouver I couldn’t easily find ones that were changeable without fee and that had hold luggage. So I was wasting a lot of time on line. He helped me find direct and non direct flights then we exchanged emails to verify name etc and pay whilst I was still on the phone. Took a while but we’ll spent. He was very helpful so now I just have to hope the ticket comes and it’s trouble free”
