“I was very pleased with professional approach and great costumer service of Roy Edwards.After our flight cancellation I went in panic mode. Roy helped to put my mind in ease by confirming that our flight will be rescheduled and we will get on plane.He called the booking team and even if it was close to end of their office hours he made sure we will get response to our email and updates regarding our alternative flight.I am waiting for new e-tickets hopefully they will arrive as promised within 72 hr.time frame. Usually I have a difficult time communicating with foreign accents, however, Faiz was phenomenal in communicating and listening and we were able to complete my reservation effortlessly. I don't get American cust service reps that provide great service like Faz. Great job Faiz. You made me feel comfortable doing a phone reservation instead of on the computer.”
