overall experience was good but the man SAMEER AKHTAR is a brilliant person. He helped me a lot in getting cheap tickets. He can even speak other languages. wonderful experience with Sameer.

I want to take the time to thank Lisa Jane so so much for her assistance after BA cancelled my flights. I was panicking so much and she was just so calm and reassured me that she would be able to rebook my flights which she did in such a short period of time! She really went above and beyond to assist me. She sorted this all out so professionally and showed that she cared about my situation. She kept me up to date through the process and called me directly to advise me once all was sorted and emailed my new details immediately. I wish more companies had people like Lisa Jane.

I have a southern accent and my customer service rep Faiz Sheikh had a foreign India accent. Usually I have a difficult time communicating with foreign accents, however, Faiz was phenomenal in communicating and listening and we were able to complete my reservation effortlessly. I don't get American cust service reps that provide great service like Faz. Great job Faiz. You made me feel comfortable doing a phone reservation instead of on the computer.

We were so many passengers on the same flights, which were unfortunately cancelled. The team at Travel Up ( ASAD, ROMAN and AYESHA) were fantastic in assistance with the re-bookings. The team understood our problems, then they did everything possible to advise and assist us. The only problem was the long time taken on the telephones to get through to anybody at Travel Up.

After my British Airways flight getting cancelled and British Airways refused to help me reschedule my flight I was very stressed but after dealing with Lisa Jane at travel up she sorted everything and was very helpful. So thank you Lisa jane

Fantastic service from Junaid this morning sorting out an issue with BA flights from Heathrow. Junaid looked at multiple options and kept in regular contact until a suitable alternative was found - I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend the service

My flight had been cancelled by BA and I am in Nepal working at a Buddhist nunnery so the stress of changing flight kicked in. I had emailed company to sort flight but didn't hear back and due to being abroad I couldn't afford to sit on hold for so long. Nash was able to speak with my mum and get everything sorted over the phone and then emailed me my new flight confirmation. He really helped calm my energy back to zen!!

BA cancelled 1000's of flights for the summer. This must have created a crazy work load for Travelup. I imagine the margins are very tight, and BA's unilateral action would have blown those to hell. So I call Travelup to sort out the reticketing. 60 people in the queue. Estimated wait time 51 minutes. But the queue moves much faster. Travelup instead of blaming "unprecedent demand", must have thrown additional staff at it. I am speaking to a human within 10-12m. The advisors name is Muhammad Ibrahim. He must have been having a tricky day. Very polite and professional. Within another 10m, he tells me what I need to do, and about 12 hours later I (and the whole family) are all reticketed on alternative flights. While a bit of a crisis, and far from ideal, I think Travelup did an excellent job in managing a crisis foisted on them by BA and Heathrow.

When I needed to reschedule my flight tickets in short notice, Milo Grey from Travelup was very helpful, and dealt with the request very efficiently and promptly. I could not fault the service. I would use Travelup again in the future. A very happy customer!
