“I contacted the company ( Janki), with a booking problem during the Corona virus outbreak.
Understandably it took a little while to sort out.
Janki kept me updated with events and sorted it out.

“Absolutely agree with all comments and thought I was alone. They are disgusting and it hasn’t taken me long to form the view they are trying to deny a refund. However I intend to take this further. If anyone knows who is best to report the company to please advise in the meantime I will take action.
Definitely, this so run by a family and are not a legitimate company. If I am able to proceed successfully I will post who to report them to. They should be allow to trade going forward.”
“British Airways have refunded travel up for my cancelled trip in full, travel up have not passed the refund on to me or even responded to any emails in over a week. I can't get in contact with them. I appreciate the situation and prioritising people but my flight has now been and gone.”
“Truly appalling company. Customer service is non-existent. They changed my flight and have been either completely obstructive, rude or just plain ignorant ever since. It now looks like my flights will have to be cancelled due to coronavirus anyway and I don't hold out much hope of getting my money back from these idiots anytime soon. People who promise to phone you back never do, they turn off their callback service randomly (and never follow it through anyway), they don't respond to emails and when they finally do they obviously haven't read what you have written. Add to that the waiting times on their premium rate customer service lines - I have no idea how much time and money I've spent trying to get my issues resolved. I have asked for my problem to be escalated and have made several requests for their complaints procedure all of which have been completely ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I have called TravelUp for 3 days straight with no answer. All of their phone numbers are showing as the lines are busy. Yesterday i started calling at 9am and called 5 times and hour until 6pm with not a single attempt connecting.
I have also emailed them 3 times with no response. They say they will respond within 48hours but this is not the case. I need to cancel the flight and get a refund but i cannot get a single response from the agent through any medium
This meant that i cannot get a refund or cancel my flight and the airline will not speak to me about a booking as it is with an agent.”
“In light of recent circumstances with the corona virus I have been stranded in japan with no way to chane my flight and get home to my family , Travelup are uncontactable via phone and email and they have provided no service for me what so ever, my airline will not change my flight as it was booked through travelup
I have now phoned over 20 times and emailed them 6 times and have had no response over the past 7 days
Avoid poor service”
