Booked with them and despite this pandemic they have not resolved our claim issue. My sister in law booked and they have come back saying they will give us some of the money back. A partial refund. They refuse to refund us the full amount and are blaming qatar airways. However someone else who booked the exact same flight as us got a full refund. This was despite the flight being non refundable as the pandemic is not a usual situation. The service has been poor and so far no closer to getting our money back. When things go back to normal do not use this company.

My flight has been cancelled due to Covid 19, but I have had no response to at least 4 attempts to contact TravelUp. Shocking customer service and will be taking legal action

on't bother buying from this company - just buy direct from the airlines.When you need to get hold of them for a refund etc, they just do not answer emails, phones - nothing! Utterly useless company. And worst of all the price I paid for the airtickets from them were more expensive than if I had just gone to the airline direct!

Hotel cancelled the event I was attending, TravelUp won't respond to e-mails regarding cancelling the booking. Stay away!

These people are rip off artists. My event was cancelled because of this pandemic and they will for refund my money. I was trying to work with them through email and after a couple emails they stopped responding. Beware Stay away

I have been unable to get hold of anyone at travelup. They do not answer their phones, or emails, or online enquiries. I cannot cancel my flight and get the money reimbursed by the airline because I booked through travelup but they won't help. If I could leave no stars I would.

never have i come accross such a more disgusting travel company theyre out to con. had booked flights with them but due to covid19 they were cancelled. airline stated that we could rebook flights free of charge but company wanted to charge and extra £136 reboooking fee!!!!!! when they waived that they decided they wanted to charge £178 per passenger for an a piece of luggage. airline only charge $48!! be warned about this company. have written to their CEO but have heard nothing. am now seeking legal advice DO NOT USE

No response from customer service, no refund have been trying for over 3 weeks, British Airways offering refund but nothing from Travel up a complete disgrace. Emails have not been answered phone line cut off.

Booked flight to India through Travel UP, like many others I am stranded due to Covid-19. Not one response from customer services when I was trying to return. Still receiving emails to book a holiday! Will never use again. Do not recommend.BTW Travel UP, I'm still in India.

Been waiting for a refund for a cs called flight since 11th Feb.. today is 30th March. Calls now not going through due to Covid 19 and emails hit being resoinded to.... DO NOT USE

THEY'RE EVEN LYING ON THEIR WEBSITE NOW WITH AN OBVIOUSLY PHOTOSHOPPED 'WE'RE WINNERS' 'TRUSTED SERVICE FROM FEEFO 2020 AWARD'. Absolute lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS posted ARE FALSE!!!!! Please, Please, please do not give this company your money - they are thieves. if it looks cheap it means they'll come back to you and ask for more money or you'll have to cancel and they keep your money anyway. be warned. Oh and a note to their staff who are probably looking for jobs right now - good luck finding new employment once potential employers sees the shambles you willing took part in!!! You could have done something to help all the people who needed their money back - like me when my flights were cancelled and you gave me NOTHING even though I know you got it back - every penny counts and you stole it and will continue to steal it from other people who put their trust in you. YOU ARE CROOKS AND ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE WHO NEED THEIR MONEY RIGHT NOW - YOU ARE THE WORST OF HUMANITY WHEN ALL WE NEED IS THE BEST.

Our flight to Saudi Arabia is cancelled but we are yet to receive any refund from Travelup. Saudi airlines are issuing refunds to those who purchased directly from them and asked me to ask Travelup to contact them as they can process refunds straight away. It has been 4 weeks and no response from Travelup. Worst and disgusting thing is that they are still sending marketing emails to book holidays with them for Summer. Won;t be using them again and urge others to boycott as well

TravelUp just cancelled my reservation and charged me $400 despite the COVID 19 forced airport shutdown and inability to leave the country. Horrible response to a Pandemic!

I contacted the company ( Janki), with a booking problem during the Corona virus outbreak. Understandably it took a little while to sort out. Janki kept me updated with events and sorted it out. I will use them again. Mr Kenneth Walsh

Absolutely agree with all comments and thought I was alone. They are disgusting and it hasn’t taken me long to form the view they are trying to deny a refund. However I intend to take this further. If anyone knows who is best to report the company to please advise in the meantime I will take action. Definitely, this so run by a family and are not a legitimate company. If I am able to proceed successfully I will post who to report them to. They should be allow to trade going forward.
