“Great service and product range I will be making many more purchases but will ask for a different delivery option. Only down side is who they use to deliver (DPD/Interlink) it would be much more convenient if delivery is via Royal Mail when delivering to flats as DPD/Interlink never turn up and always come with the same excuses that they tried and no one was home, I had to travel 3 miles to my nearest depot to collect my package and as I do not drive this was very inconvenient >x. it would be good if there was an option to choose more than one delivery company as they are totally useless. But on a whole I've had a great experience with triads but the delivery service is point blank terrible when living in flats.”

“Product (shoes) arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and well looked after. The communication prior to delivery was simply exemplary and I wish every company was the same! Texts to tell me date of delivery, followed by time and options to choose a different day or have my parcel delivered to a neighbour. Overall I am extremely impressed with the service, and very happy with my new pair of simply beautiful shoes!”

“The purchase of my voucher was acknowledged quickly but thereafter the service was extremely poor. The voucher was not delivered and my emails went unanswered. The voucher was eventually delivered on 4th April - 7 days after being ordered and after the recipients birthday. Will not use this service again. You must treat customers better than this”

“Great brands at great prices will definitely buy again but you need to provide them in their plastic branded bags and tags as this is how they leave the flagship stores as collectors like my self expect this small detail to most people but huge to the collectors of the BBC brand i have a huge collection all in dust bags it please look in to it thanks”
