“Product arrived in good time - it's a long way to Australia! The outer packaging was damaged in transit, but no loss or damage to the contents, so not a big deal. Very happy with my new Viviienne Westwood ring and I'm wearing it now.”

“Brilliant service, I chose the wrong delivery method and they sorted everything out for me and sent the shoes off as soon as they could, however there was not much customer interaction. The carrier was also brilliant and asked a lot of questions before handing the shoes over. Very happy”

“I ordered a hat but had no conformation of shipping information. I rang the store to enquire about this, I was told that the size I had ordered was out of stock (the website system hadn't updated the stock). I was told that I had been sent an e-mail addressing this issue, but I hadn't received anything. The shop assistant informed me that a larger size was available and if it was too large, the return option would be free to use. He told me that the hat would arrive the next day, which it did. Overall, good service. Triads just need to make sure that their online stock system is kept current and the email service is functioning correctly.”
