“I ordered two cabinet Knob it arrived on time as indicated ,well packed and much better looking than the one on the website very happy with the items but we only have one problem the one for the drawer the screw is not long enough to put it in I didn't realise the drawer has thicker face so I checked Bunnings but they don't have any so I don't know what to do with the other Knob. I love it. So if you can tell me any solution for this problem please let me know..Otherwise your website is highly recommended. I definitely ordered from your site again.”

Hi Lucy, Thanks for your review and I can only apologise profusely about this. There does seem to of have been a sequence of errors from the courier company as your post code for some unknown reason eas not being accepted on their system...I can assure you this is most unusual. I will get an exact position in the morning and more so we will make it up to you in some other way. Sorry again for this unusual delay. Best, Neelam

“I placed the order with them last Monday evening, received an immediate confirmation and even had an extra e-mail from Robert in their UK office, whom I had called to ask about something. He promised to follow up on my order, and did so once it was received. I then had an email the following day from the factory in India with photos of the goods being dispatched along with shipment confirmation. They then sent me the parcel tracking number and were most helpful in ensuring that the goods were received in a timely manner. I was promised that the goods would be received by me in Madrid by Friday afternoon, when in fact I actually received them on Thursday afternoon. Fantastic service, very nice products, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Vin”

“I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and payment was taken immediately, however I am still waiting delivery of my order. I received no acknowledgement of my order, and no delivery. All I have received are apologies and assurances that the delivery will be made, however these assurances have not been fulfilled. The level of service has been very poor - I cannot comment on the standard of the product as it has not arrived.”

Mike, I can only apologise profusely for this.. there seems to have been a weird sequence of issues with the courier...we have never had one like this before..... now it will be with you next week 100% and more so I will also credit you back as per mentioned in our email conversation Appologies again for the inconvenience Best Robert
