“Ordered 4 mortise door handles. They arrived from India in 3 days!! They are fantastic. Very good quality, well finished and a decent weight. Well worth the money and the service was excellent. I love that they sent me a picture of my items before dispatch. Wicked”

“The knobs we ordered arrived quickly and were well packaged. Communication was excellent. The painted knobs are lovely and exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be buying some more in the future and would recommend Trinca-Ferro to friends and family.”

“Wow, what great service...I ordered my beautiful door knobs and within days had them at my front door. Can't say the same thing for another internet company, who I placed an order with on the same day and three weeks later I'm still waiting... I will never order through anyone other than Trinca-Ferro again. Highly recommend, five stars all the way...”

“Possibly the least professional and courteous company out there, how this guy runs a business is anyones guess! Robert has a right chip on his shoulder. Either he misunderstands things easily, or blatantly doesn't care about his customer or treating them right. His staff seem alright, but the owner needs to waken up. Indeed orders will go missing that is out of their control, but how they deal with this is the difference. Customer Service goes out of the window. Untruths are told on email (he hates the 'lie' word, probably been called a liar far too often) which I will happily prove via screengrabs should this be questioned. Calling the mobile (how is this a customer service line I don't know) leads to Robert getting stroppy, more misinformation, not listening to the customer and him actually hanging up on me. Wow. How this company is still trading is anyones guess.”

Ben it's Victoria here from Trinca-Ferro responding to your review. We do have great relations with our customers and always take on board all they say. In your case it was sadly different. Your package as you know was in a DHL van that was stolen which is a vary rare occurrence in our experience. Robert sorted out you getting a fresh package sent to you even though you were not able to get the claim number form DHL which is their standard procedure. When you called up it was just a torrent of abuse calling him a lair. What can we say... other than than we didn't steal the DHL van and we sorted it out as fast as we could. Certainly it was not an ideal situation for any of us, but good manners I think are always important. Please going forward take your custom elsewhere.

“I was thoroughly impressed with the service. I loved using the 'wish list' area on my account to save and go back into the list to remind myself of ones I'd listed as favourites. I found this really helpful as I was spoilt for choice on the site! After I'd placed my order it wasn't long before I got an email showing me actual real-time pictures of my chosen knobs with my name, the date of dispatch and delivery address to confirm my order. It was great to see the knobs in this way to get more of an idea of size and colour , particularly as I'd chosen six very different ones. I was surprised that the order came within a couple of days after this and was delighted with them. Exactly what I expected, so easy to put on my chest of drawers and look great. I noticed on the packaging that they were sent from India, which surprised me even more about how quickly I received my order! Excellent service, I'll definitely be recommending you. Thank you.”

“One colour slightly off but all knobs are very nice indeed. The service from DHL from India to Liepzig to Edinburgh was extremely fast; the parcel arrived in about 40 hours start to finish.”
