Very quick service - took a matter of days to be received in Sydney. An image was emailed prior to order being sent so that items could be checked. Beautiful glass door knobs - exactly as pictured. I would highly recommend and will use again.

Today, May 10, I received my request. Everything was delivered correctly despite the delay. The company Trinca-Ferro justified the delay in the difficulty of sending the product to Brazil. I had already bought other times and the product had arrived fast, but this time was delayed, but came correctly. The company still returned half the amount I paid as compensation for my disorder. I rectify my last posting to attest, now, the smoothness of the company, which has proven to be serious and committed.

Hi Bruno, Thanks for your review. There have been some issues this time delivering to Brazil and as you know we have been working to resolve this. Brazil is not always the easiest country to send our packages. There is no question of anybody trying to take your money and as you know you have bought from us a number of times before and we have been regularly I contact as the courier people have had difficulties with the delivery this time because of their own internal logistics. Ordered two 'joyous butterfly' knobs online, and received them quite quickly. The products are as described and before delivery they also provided pictures of the items. One of them for some reasons was defective and it crumbled while we were inserting it. I asked for replacement: it was provided after few mail exchanges, and arrived in few days. I will definitively buy on Trinca-Ferro in the future, and the knobs look really fantastic.

Thanks for your msg.. sorry that is completely untrue. I think there may have been some delivery issues with your order and sorry that this has made you so angry, but what you are saying as you know is not the case that we have stolen you money. Please you can not say this and any issues we always follow up and try to resolve with our courier partner, sometimes delivery can be problematic and this is just a fact of life. More so we always respond to emails quickly like we are doing with this one and resolve all issues both directly and with our courier partner. Best Victoria Trinca-Ferro

great selection of products on their website, really happy with the ones I chose - glass furniture handles, well priced and value for money. Fast delivery to Australia, really like that they sent a photo of the products I was receiving after they were picked.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've ordered the knobs on the 11 the of March and these never had been sent to me. I contacted the company to tell them that I do not want these anymore and air would like a refund. By the way they don't have a land line so I rang mobile number provided and a very rude man,called Robert spoke to me. Despite my emails and phone calls to cancel the order,they sent the parcel today! 16 days after I ordered and did not want it anymore..just so they don't loose money! That's utterly disgusting. Nobody pick up the phone anymore,well I wouldn't really want to speak with this rude man to be honest. My emails are left without answers and the only thing that's left is to make others aware and report the company. I am really disappointed and I felt like I've been treated with no respect whatsoever.

Thanks you for your message and so sorry you feel this way... we normally have great relations with our customers and we are never rude. There was some address issues with your package due I think to a DHL error and it was consequently stuck in the DHL system for a while and we did try to sort this out as soon as possible and as you can see your package arrived although you refused to accept. So we did make an effort to get it sorted out and got there in the end and I can only again apologise for this highly unusual delay. We will of course refund if you have changed your mind and I think it is fair to say we are a very busy office and maybe communication was complicated here a little as you seem to have sent emails in various names Natalia Kasongo, Natalia Rowe and Natalia Marks. The easiest thing would be if you could please accept the package and then just send it back to me here in London and I will refund you together with the return postage cost.

Shipping was AMAZINGLY fast (2 days from India to Europe! And not at all expensive). The knobs I ordered are very well made, nice pieces and arrived undamaged thanks to the careful wrapping. Also, I've never seen these boat shaped glass knobs anywhere else before so they seem unique and everyone who comes to our house asks where I found them.

Products arrived swiftly and well packed, but were a very different shade from the website so they need to go back. Two emails to Trinca Ferro have not been replied to, but a phone call was very nicely handled and the goods have been returned. Yet to hear about a refund....

Hi and thanks for your message. Items can of course vary slightly in colour from monitor to monitor depending on your settings, this is just a fact of life, but we have never before had any issue with this popular item. I think not easy if you are looking for an exact match with a paint colour. We are always quick responders to any email and possibly you mis-typed the address as mentioned in your call we had not received any prior communication. Trinca ferro provide a super service. They send you a little picture of what you have ordered to prove they have checked the quality and got the order right. And then they dispatch your goods super quick! Great service! 😊

Realizei um pedido no site de vocês (número 600000757) e, pelo que me informei com a transportadora responsável (a DHL), a mercadoria está parada na alfândega do Brasil devido a necessidade de acréscimo de documentação. Me informaram que a fiscalização exige que eu envie comprovante de pagamento realizado na loja para verificação do valor declarado no envio por vocês. Segundo consta na DHL o valor que vocês declararam da mercadoria foi de $6,28 (dólares), no entanto o valor pago na mercadoria foi de R$239,27 mais uma taxa de R$84,97 para pagamento de impostos e custos de entrega, que convertido em dólares resulta num valor de $75,56 da mercadoria mais $26,83 de taxa de entrega. Ou seja, o valor declarado por vocês foi muito abaixo do valor real pago, e para que a mercadoria seja liberada da alfândega será necessário o pagamento de uma multa. Conforme informado no momento da compra, a taxa cobrada pelo site de R$84,97, deveria cobrir TODOS os custos do envio. Sendo assim, como devo proceder para obter a liberação da mercadoria?

Although we we had recently purchased locally similar items as this purchase from Trinca-ferro, we were concerned that the quality would be below our expectations: We were wrong. The product received from trinca meets and exceeds what we thought; in fact the on-line picture does not do complete justice to the actual item we received. We will certainly consider ordering from trinca again.
