“My order of glass knobs arrived within a few days, but when the last one was fitted unfortunately the glass shattered. On a Friday afternoon I rang to ask if it was possible for a replacement to be sent. A new glass knob arrived in the post the next day, on Saturday morning! Such efficiency from a company certainly stands out for me. I cannot fault their service, help, and promptness - all dealt with very politely.”

“I bought the cabinet knobs for a grandaughter's newly decorated very pink bedroom as she had fallen in love with them when she saw them on the computer screen. I nearly bought them from a UK website, then I found the exact same knobs on Trinca Ferra for about half the price, so I ordered from there. I didn't realise I had ordered from India because the P&P cost was reasonable, and the knobs arrived within 2 days. It was only when I looked at the DHL consignment note that I realised the goods had come from India. The knobs are good quality. Excellent prices and excellent service, so highly recommended. I would definitely use again.”

Dear Rachel, Thanks for your review and so sorry you feel this way. We do try to represent and describe our products as well as possible in the images on our site and in our texts. Honestly we have never before had a complaint on this item. This pink is indeed a little peachy but I think the site images do show this fairly well. “The service on the phone was brilliant - very helpful as we needed to change the option slightly. The delivery was first class, whereby they arrived in Spain within 2 days of order. We are very happy with the knobs and feel the pictures are accurate. The only negative thing we'd say, which is meant as an objective comment, is that the knobs sit very close to the door/draw front, meaning that for bigger fingers they are a little hard to crasp hold of. It may be worth you providing a circular spacer that goes between the back of the know and the front of the door/draw. this would overcome the slight issue we have encountered. Food for thought. Only time will tell if they stand up to the riggour of daily use. Hopefully they will. kind regards Del and Anna Collins”
