“I DO NOT KNOW! For the second time within the last three months, I never received my order. I can review your customer service does not exist. The only way to communicate with your company is by email and there is a five hours difference. So there is always a day delay, what a joke. If you are going to sell your product in the USA. Why not utilize your west coast warehouse. Apparently they only accept returns and exchanges. So I DO NOT understand your business model. Unless it's to ALIENATE your USA customers.”

“Honestly, a disappointed. I purchase the same size as before only this time the band was far smaller and was uncomfortable to wear and left red marks on my wrist I would have returned the item, but have stupidly lost the receipt ! Maybe the band sizing need to be reviewed”

“I have been using Trionz since 2009. A great product. I was however sad to see that you the Trionz active bracelet was discontinued. It was the perfect size and made for active people.”

“I was blown up 8 years ago. I had multiple internal injuries and had my right leg completely amputated and suffered severe nerve damage to my left leg. I have worn a maxi loop since then and I believe it has helped keep me relatively pain free. (I also take medication which I will be on for life) I just wish Trion Z would do more colours. Green is my favourite colour and I’d love an all green Maxi Loop”

“I purchased a Zen loop duo and it was brilliant until the magnet fastener broke so i cannot use the bracelet as it will not do up.I actually emailed TrionZ but received no reply at all. I have purchased a few Trionz products in the past and all have been excellent and am very disappointed that i cannot use the Zenloop duo anymore.”

“Trionz did a very good job in delivering my copper skin shorts. I bought them as I have referred pain in my thigh due to an arthritic hip. The shorts allow me to move pain free in the day and diminished pain overnight. I still have to take painkillers but they did not work until I got the trionz shorts. The best thing about them is that my wife likes the look of them”
