Looking to buy cannondale topstone carbon gravel bike. Found Triton Cycles were about £320 cheaper than anywhere else so purchased it on 30/12/19. Arrived on 10/01/20 which I can't complain about (TNT had 1 day delay for some reason), bearing in mind it was new year. Bike really well packed and protected. Very happy.

Very disappointed in relation to postage and communications there off. I ordered a pair of shoes that were in stock on Sunday the 29th of December 2019. They said the item was in stock it also said at check out that this would be a next day delivery, It is therefore presumed that Monday 30th would be a normal working day the item would be picked packed and shipped with an expected delivery of Tuesday 31st of December 2019. This transpired not to be the case as on Friday 3rd January 2020 having contacted the store it wasn’t clearly determined whether the item had been dispatched or not, I was informed that they had only returned back to work on Thursday 2nd of January 2020 which is quite acceptable as it was the festive period, however there were no opening hours on the website for this period so this cannot be proved or disproved nor was it immediately obvious to customers shopping. Now Monday, the 6th of January 2020 and the item still hasn’t arrived nor are there any tracking details available for this item to myself. I myself run a business with an online service, I too have closed for a number of days during the Christmas period however at all times it is perfectly clear to my customers what days I am open and at what times, and when I dispatch items and I claim it is next day it does indeed arrive next day with full tracking details for the customer both by means of text and email, I also have confirmation of arrival times and who it is signed by. I’m sure I’m a smaller business than Triton Cycles but If I can manage it then I feel that others should be able to do the same, likewise I do full international shipping also. It is fair to say that I am very disappointed with the time frame considering the item was a small box and shouldn’t have presented any problems. I only wish now that I had purchased them from my local cycle shop as I would’ve had them last week, this was the whole purpose of using Triton cycles on this occasion, as they said they had the item in stock and offered a next day Postal Service. My Mistake.......

Hi Dean, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your order. We were closed over the Christmas break, we added our opening times to three pages on the site. I'm sorry that you missed this and assumed we'd be open. Your order confirmation email also has an estimated delivery date window again i'm sorry to hear you missed this. The meta title on the product page says usually dispatched within 24hours this would be on a normal week day when our couriers are working and offering a full service which isn't the case over the festive/new year period. We're now back up and running with a full service and working through all the orders placed in our sale. There may be a few days delay in getting things out, but rest assured we are working through this as quickly as possible.

Urgently needed some parts for my freehub, purchased December 22, received here in New Zealand January 3. Pretty stoked to receive it so fast over the holiday period!

I placed the order on december 12, initially planned delivery date at DPD website was december 20. On december 20, DPD website said that order was cancelled by Triton Cycles. So I made ordered the same parts at another shop. One day later I suddenly received a new e-mail with tracking code from DPD, said delivery date would be December 27. Therefore I cancelled the other order at the other webshop. No delivery on december 27, DPD says 'next working day', so I hope I will receive my order on Monday december 30.

aucun problème paiement et envoi conforme Pour info le capteur bontrager dualTrap S est compatible avec montre polar V800 (Bluetooth smart). Pas de problème de montage (cf. rayon qui touche) avec roue bontrager paradigm 700 x 25. Merci à TritonCycles, je recommande
