Purchased a pair of sheepskin slippers, Shepherd of Sweden, delighted with them. The fit is perfect and the quality excellent. Parcel arrived within the period advertised, excellent service..thank you.

The two jar advent candles I ordered came broken and cracked. Hope I get a full refund. Very disappointed!

I have only used them once. It started badly, I received a partially used air freshener in a box with no packaging that looked like it had been tampered with. I wrote to them. I received a very quick response apologizing for this. The next day I was told a replacement was on it's way, I could bin what I had received and that I was being given a gift voucher. All in all I am impressed with them.

I have just been looking into your order with us, and unfortunately, it appears to have been lost in transit by the carrier company. I’m really sorry - this is obviously not the experience we hope to give our customers. We completely understand that this situation is not ideal, however, unfortunately, as our couriers deal with such a large amount of parcels every single day, accidents happen and some orders do fall through. This is certainly not excusable and we will continue to put measures in place to avoid situations like these from happening in the future. Express delivery took more than a week - and my complaint was only met with "not really our fault as this is UPS' fault, but as a token of goodwill we will remove delivery fee". Who hired UPS?

I have had a look and it seems like our couriers had a bit of a backlog with orders and so, unfortunately, deliveries were slightly delayed. I can see we have an agent on this for you so please reach out at any time while they are checking with UPS. We completely understand that this is not ideal and extremely frustrating for you, however, unfortunately as we do get busier our couriers to face some bumps. We are working very hard with our couriers to have these resolved!
