“I have only used them once. It started badly, I received a partially used air freshener in a box with no packaging that looked like it had been tampered with. I wrote to them. I received a very quick response apologizing for this. The next day I was told a replacement was on it's way, I could bin what I had received and that I was being given a gift voucher. All in all I am impressed with them.”

Hi Susan, I'm very sorry to hear that your order it's not like the expected. Whilst this is unexpected, it's obviously not the experience we hope to give our customers.
