“TRT Customer Service is wonderful! I love that when you order and upload your designs, an actual person sends you a proof and is with you the rest of the way. Delivery came on time, and the banner looked great!”

“I ordered something on Monday that I needed by the end of the week. I chose the regular shipping and it estimated it would arrive by Friday. I then called them up to ask if they thought it would arrive in time. They said they would ship it out that day (Wedneday) and it arrived the next day (Thursday) a day earlier than I expected! I was super grateful.”

“This was my second time ordering from TRTBanners. If it had been the first, I probably wouldn't have come back. My account liaison at this order was brusque, and seemed to have trouble understanding my requests. My first encounter with TRTBanners (with a different liaison, Dusty) was extremely good, and Dusty followed up with me at every step. The second person was nothing like that. I asked to be set up with Dusty when I placed my order, and either she is not working for the company any more (which would be a shame), or my request was ignored. In any case, the person I had this second time did the company no credit.”

“Have purchased products for over six years from TRT and the quality from those prints are still great, even through lots of wear and tear. The only thing that wears out are the stands, but we set up and take down their banners over 100 times a year. If you take care of the product, it will last a long time.”

“We ordered a tabletop banner for an upcoming conference and everything was as expected. Graphics were great and verbiage was crisp and correct. Delivery was very prompt and price was reasonable. This won't be the last time that we use TRT!”

“TRT Banners has went above and beyond. We had slight problem with the delivery through Fedex. But TRT banners offered to make it right and I didn't even ask them to. I was very impressed with their quick response. We finally got our delivery and everything looked amazing. Great quality and great customer service.”
