“Received an order 1st time with them. Paid for overnight shipping, spent almost $400. Received merchandise, too small, returned all 6 items and they had the audacity to only try and refund me part of my money. All items were in the original package they sent as well as even returned in the box they sent the merchandise with their shipping label. True religion is a joke. Also reached out to their customer service several times. No wonder they don't have a working number to reach them.”

“I ordered jeans that showed the word “true religion” written all over it on the backside of the pants i bought the jeans for $140 marked down from $200 and when i got them they didn’t look anything like the photos and i contacted true religion support they didn’t get back to me till 2 weeks later after I sent them a 3rd email asking for help or even a solution they just offered a refund and said they can’t replace the item I am very frustrated with the extremely slow response and even my purchase.”

“Second time purchase from True Religion Site. First Time order received after month. Support didn’t reply until order being received. This time was buying a jean and had to buy 5 items to make delivery free and all. Then only sent 4 after month and suddenly today said jean didn’t send. Thats cancelled. Twice contacted support. No update. Are they really high end jeans?”

“Made a purchase, sent it back didn't fit.Still waiting for my refund. It's been over 2 mths and I have yet to receive anything or any contact. This is horrible even for a supposedly known store such as True Religion. I will not be purchasing anything from them in- store or online.”

“Quality of jeans has changed drastically. No longer made in USA, quality is bad and customer service is non existent. It feels like a scam company. I have worn True Religion jeans for years and now I can’t believe what I got when I ordered. This is not the same company. You cannot call customer service there is no phone number. COVID is no excuse to have such a bad customer experience.”

“This is what they do. provide a lot of item with good an low price in the website but after you purchase it they never sent to you. all fake. There web sales are fake just want to get your information and then send you junk email.”

“I love the style of this brand and have ordered from them many times. I have only once received a product that needed returned (acrylic paint was chipped on a pair of shoes). Customer Service got back to me within two days and after very little back and forth about the issue I was able to send them back for a new pair. I will definitely continue to spend money on this label.”

“I sent an email about a return, no response, the phone lines has been busy for weeks. I brought 6 pair of jeans, 3 pair doesn't fit and I needed to return them, and I can't!!! This is my first time buying TR jeans, NEVER again. I'm going to call my credit card company to see if I can dispute this charge on my credit card. They wont respond to emails or calls but yet are still having sales online...which I have unsubscribed from the emails. Very disappointed!!”

“I would suggest that no one spends a dime with this company. Customer service is the worst right now. No excuse! Pandemic has nothing to do with the lack of customer service response. No replies to emails and the website isn't running properly. People waiting for over 3 weeks for either a reply or refund information. All other companies are up and running and at least replying to customers for the most part. No excuse!!!!”

“I purchased the TR logo jogger and cropped top@$84/$80 on 05/26/20 and on 06/19/20 got an email showing them reduced to $29.99 each. I tried calling but due to COV19 customer service is email only. So I emailed them 4 different time with no reply. I just wanted to be refunded/credited the difference. Amd in case your wondering... I thought about returning the $175 outfit and reodering the $70. Out of town not enjoying my vacation because I feel like I got robbed. I am no longer confident about ordering online from True Religion 😔”

“When I purchased my items I never knew there customer care center was closed not till after purchase then I have been sending messages about my items and when I will be receiving them sent many messages finally after a few days and telling them I am going to report them they keep sending different tracking numbers that do not exist I do not have my money spent over 200 nor my items you know that is such a shame were are all going through hards times and trying to survive this panademic we should be trying to unite as a country and help each other not try to scam a person what a shame to the name to such a good product I love my true religion cloths good quality but poor customer service you think they would want the sales to survive alot of company's are barely staying afloat through these hard times I did not think they would go as steal from their customers”

“I had absolutely no issues with my order. I ordered directly from the TR site. 3 pair of jeans that actually arrived 2days before expected delivery date. Order arrived UPS all 3 pair and appear to be great quality.”
