Yet another dissatisfied customer .. they're resolution centre are bull ? ?hitters for sure ..couldn't tell the left from their right... don't buy or support this outfit of clowns

Bought a pair around Xmas just gone ..date I can't recall They're hardly qoen and look like new Yet the zip has broke and the deni. Around the crotch area has failed TR have been quite resolute on making things hard for me .. I've sent many pictures for them already . However they still ask for more In my experience a company is measured by how they deal with complaints.. so far its clear they can't handle complaints ... be aware

I'm having a mare of a time with True Religion I've had nothing but messing around from one dept. To another .. I've had a new pair of thier jeans less than a year hardly worn. Zip has gone and the fabric below the zip has come apart .. they're stretch .so they shouldn't have gone like they have. The office have been woeful Let's see how this unfolds Be aware

Horrible customer service!!! The moment I hit confirm button when I made a purchase online the other day, I realized my shipping address there was wrong. So, I emailed them right away and I received a reply saying my request was received and is being reviewed by their support staff. Now, yesterday afternoon. I received another email that my case was closed and that they can’t make any changes and if fed ex won’t be able to deliver my package. (Meaning:whoever lives in my previous address now, refuses to accept it) Then they will issue a refund. WAIT WHAT? WHAT? WHAT THE??? I TRIED CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO NO AVAIL. TRIED TO TALK TO THEM VIA TEXT, I JUST GOT THE SAME MESSAGE!!! I’D GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS!!!

My shipment was lost and I had to text them to go through the refund process. My first time ordering from here and my last time. I would not recommend. They are no good. My order got lost in California and was two weeks late. I had to get a refund. Now I have to wait 7-10day for that.

Returns & Refund: I ordered two orders online back to back. Orders arrived on time and I tried on the clothing the same day. A few items I didn’t like and wanted to return. When I went to create a return online (which I have done before about a year ago) found out that they just provide the return address but no option to creating a packing slip return to pack, which I didn’t like so I went to the store to return to find out that they have to physically pack the items and get a tracking before giving me a refund.. but their printer wasn’t working and told me to come back in two hours…I have never in my entire life have ever had to deal with something like this…definitely lost a loyal customer today.

Seriously, I placed an order that was over $220. On July first, my order said that FedEx was waiting for the package it is July 10th and there's still nothing. I call true religion. They told me that they were gonna refund my money. Which that's not what I wanted. I wanted my product. It was for my son for Father's Day. I asked if I can have a promo code or a coupon code a discount code. Anything because they said they could not receive or reorder. I had to do it myself again after they refund me. They would not give me any code or any discount. Said I had to do the order and then Reach back with them. That's b*******, that's not even fair. They didn't even make this right. I waited two weeks and i'm the one that had to reach out to them and try and figure out.. How is this fair

This company is a big time scam , their so called customer service is the worst I ever experience in my entire life . I would never buy from this brand again either online or in store , they deserve to go out of business as soon as possible.

WORST COMPANY EVER NOT TO BE TRUSTED AWFUL THUGS O THE WORST KIND THIS WILL BE MY VERY LAST TIME EVER BUYING ANYTHING. THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY FROM 5 OR 10 YRS AGO BECAUSE THAT JUST HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THE CUSTOMER IS A SCAM NO REAL NUMBER OR TEXT OR CHAT THEY WILL KNOWINGLY DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR FRONT DOOR AND LEAVE IT FOR PEOPLE TO STEAL AND WHEN YOU REPORT IT THEY DO NOTHING

I would give true Religion no stars ⭐️ I had order and their customer services was awful they sent my package and was left on the step and fed ex nor true religion reimbursed me they took my hard earn money they may me believe my package was suppose to arrival on a certain day and sent it on a day I was not home and left it on my steps where people took stole my package I sent them several emails and proof that my package was stolen and all cause they absent on the day it was not suppose to come and no one was home and I ask if they can replace or reimburse me and they was worse than the porch thief that took my package took my money now someone wearing the clothes I purchased and work hard for WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. YOU CAN ONLY FOOL ME ONCE . I Would recommend no one purchase from this company

I ordered two shirt dresses, I didn't like them and tried to contact customer services (I'm in the UK) - nothing, no reply - and then they had the cheek to send me an email to rate their customer service - laughable, they won't be receiving any orders from me again !:(

This is the last time I order from this once trusted company. I ordered a pair of shorts however when I received them they were not what I ordered. I had to contact them via text/email since there is no store around me to return them to and actually explain what happened. Their customer service refused to refund the shipping and said I would have to return them for a refund. They did nothing to correct their own mistake. Shame bc I have spent a lot of money on this brand. Id take my business elsewhere if I were you.

This was once a great company. I don’t know what happened. The customer service is the worst there is. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans not too long ago. I received them and they were the wrong size. I returned them the same day and was only refunded for one pair. I emailed their customer service and all I get is their generic auto reply. 7 times already and all I get is the same thing. Never again will I buy from them. I was a loyal customer since they launched in 2002

Purchased 10pairs of jeans December 2022 and just 2 months into the year 3 pairs ripped. Quality is very cheap now. I have older pairs that are still fine and have not ripped. Would give 0 stars if I could

Brutal customer service. Do not order online from this once reputable business. I ordered $2400 in items and returned the same package unopened. I spent an additional $270 on shipping because they do not give a return label for Canadian customers. No problem I’ll eat the $270 but they gave me $1800 refund and told me it was customs duty and shipping. Duty and customs charges are not applicable for Returns and shipping costs from original order were nowhere near $600. What the hell happened to the $600?? The customer service team at True Religion are untrained incompetent robots who read from a manual
