“TR has a great product but a poor business model when it comes to online ordering esp when there is low stock. I’ve ordered the same pair of jeans in my size a total of 4 times each time was told that they were in stock but I NEVER got them. AND you cannot place orders by phone even though the automation says to press 1 to place an order. I was given a refund but TR needs to fix the problem with online ordering or sell the company to Amazon who can better manage online stores.”

“Purchased something from website, was waiting for item to ship then got another Email saying it was cancelled with no reason to why. So I emailed asking why it was cancelled and never received an answer.”

“THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ORDERED A HAT AND PAID THROUGH PAYPAL AND 2 DAYS LATER I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTICE SO I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CHARGING BACK MY MONEY ON PAYPAL! EVERYONE STAY AWAY”

“Ordered 3 pairs of pants only for ALL three of my orders to be cancelled over a week later by True Religion due to being “out of stock”. Is there no inventory count or what? I understand one or even too but after the third pair of pants was canceled I was over it. I did get refunded after contacting customer service but I will never order or purchasing from them again. Waste of time.”

“Simply the worst organisation to have any dealings with. There customer focus is so poor, I returned item and have heard nothing and it has been two weeks. I called their customer care number, worst than useless.....I will never order again, and I do not expect to get my money back...”

“I like TR clothes but their shipping is in need of overhaul! To get an item in 7-10 business days is about $8. However, two day shipping is $20 and overnight is even more. I ordered three items for two day shipping because I wanted to make sure that I had them for a trip I’m going on but I only received one out of the three of my items in that time frame. The cost of shipping is ridiculous especially when it takes so long to receive your items. It wouldn’t be an issue if I could go to a store but the closest stores to me are all 2 or more hours away. In this day and age where most online retailers can get your order shipped to you in 3-5 days at about $6 this makes me not want to shop with them and only buy products when I just so happen to be in a place that has a store!”

“Beware of shipping they are very bogus with this pay $20 for 2 days well I'm here to tell you I ordered stuff late Friday night got confirmation that my stuff shipped on Saturday evening which was July 6th clicked on to the UPS shipping tracking number said my packages would be here Tuesday, well Tuesday went to Wednesday and now Wednesday has went to Thursday I've spoken to UPS. UPS said the True Religion lied about the shipping True Religion did not deny it but no one is returning my shipping money I paid $40 for two different orders for two-day shipping because I was leaving town. I don't like package is being delivered when I'm not home. I am so disappointed right about now this is one of the reasons why I really don't shop online. And I believe it will be my last time shopping with True Religion because if they did lie about my packages being shipped that's totally unprofessional!”

“I placed and order for two items and only ever received one item. Tracking history proves this to be the case yet any attempt to contact them to find out where my other item is has lead to nothing but complete silence. They have absolutely no customer care at all. They are a rip off. This was my second order with them and is still unresolved. The first order was for a pair of cargo pants and the description was that it was made of cotton and EC or EU (stretch). The item description was/is incorrect. It has no stretch in it at all. I would not have ordered it if it said it did not have stretch in it.”

“Do not buy on their website those people are scamming customers I went to buy some of their items and when I proceed to the payment they told me an error was occur on my basket and when reloading the page every items on my basket went up. Scammers. I wish I could give them zero star”

“I was trying to place an order online, got a message saying "an error has occurred please try again" so I did, got the same error message. I got out of the website and was going to try to call them to order when I saw TWO confirmations of two orders!!!! I immediately called, was on hold for over 20 minutes to be told they could not cancel one of the orders! Next time I called I was told they were having website problems and would call or email me once they fixed it and that they would not send out the orders. Well the next day I received two emails that both orders had shipped, I called again and was told to just go ahead and return one order and they would refund me my money!!! Instead I canceled one of the orders with my credit card and am returning the other order!!!! Rude Rude customer service and what kind of business does this???? Not the kind you can trust for sure!!!!! I will never shop here again and will advise anyone else to watch out for this unscrupulous business!!!!!!!”

“Worst online shopping experience ever, they send me emails imploring to buy items, I check the website, see something i like go to place the order , make a payment then to be told there is an error and the order can't be placed, this has happened uncountable number of times, I call customer service to assist and they are extremely unhelpful, almost clueless. In cases where the order manages to go through, you wait several weeks, but no order, i then have to phone customer services, who are very unhelpful, eventually a refund is sent after almost a month with no explanation from TR, TR need to close their online service as it is a complete and utter Joke with zero effectiveness.”

“They are theft, they sent me the wrong order, They told me to sent it back and I did, but they never sent me my real order or refunded me back my money, stay away from their online order. I had know problem returning them their wrong order which cost more then what I order, it's not worth my salvation that why I sent it back.”

“Tried to place order which kept saying error on item, but didn't say which item! Phoned and lady said if it's Boxers that's the problem. Placed another order for a top, finally order went through and i paid. Week later got email to say order not available! What's the point of item on website which are not really being available. One item i can except but not 4 different items!”

“Not sure what's happened at True Religion but it's undoubtedly gone down hill in the last year or so. The once stylish Men's product line is now increasingly garish with many "Wickid" items now looking like they were designed by the same stylist who kitted out Ali G's wardrobe. Customer Service is also very poor with delivery of items ordered being haphazard owing to poor stock control, and refunds for returned items are slow at best, although no refund was provided at all for the items I recently returned despite numerous emails to Customer Service. Fortunately, Paypal provided a refund as the returned items were tracked and True Religion marked the package as received at their Swindon Depot a few months earlier.”
