“Ordered on 12/20 for overnight shipping. Hadn’t received package on 12/23 & it showed delayed in Memphis, TN for more than a day. They wouldn’t refund the shipping cost. Looking at my invoice they overcharged on the shipping like they added taxes on to it. My package arrived on 12/24 tore up & tape all over it. I had ordered 12 items and only 3 were in the package with the packing slip showing 12 items. I called FedEx they said they couldn’t do anything & to have TR file a claim. They don’t even have a customer service # they only have text or email. I’m wondering if it’s TR or FedEx that’s doing this because the shipping sticker showed packaged weighed 3lbs & I weighed the 3 items & they were 2.8lbs so it seems TR didn’t even send all items to begin with or FedEx lost/stole them & redid the shipping info.”

“I have been trying and trying to get someone to help me. I bought some jeans and sweatpants and need to return them. I followed directions to get the return labels but it errors out when I try to access them. I have emailed customer service multiple times with my order number and screenshot of the issue. NO one will help me. Instead I just get a return email saying that the issue is closed with a link to where to get a return label... which you cannot do once you have already asked for one. I reply saying it is not closed and I still need help but then no one answers. I have been a customer for over 30 years but that is about to come to an end unless I can get some help. I even tried facebook .. no one even bothers to answer you there either. BAD customer service”

“I prdered from True Religion in the past with no problem. I recently ordered and the items do not fit. I put in the information for a return label and the label was suppose to be emailed. Well I never received the label You can only get 1 label per order. I have been emailing and trying to chat with no replies to either. This is really bad especially for the amount of money people are spending. Do better True Religion this is not good business. I need a response.”

“I ordered the red Crystal Tiger Zip Hoodie & Jogger set on November 29th, $123.00 Label was created on 12/3 @ 2:40 in California. Arrived in Ellenwood, GA on 12/14 at 7:40 pm. Today is 12/20 and it’s still just sitting there. I sent an e-mail to True Religion customer service, awaiting response. I will update once received, this has been a bad experience”

“I have been contacting True Religion via their text app since December 13th about my package. It was scheduled for delivery and has not moved. I contacted Fedex and Fedex said contact True Religion so I have and the customer representatives on the text app are so rude and unhelpful. Megan E lied on Monday Dec 16th and told me to contact them back in 3days. I did which is today and SUPER RUDE JADE M was VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT CALL FEDEX SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME IF COULDNT WAIT FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK. She was HORRIBLE TO TALK WITH. She also told me to call in 2-3 days just like Megan said on Monday. They just lie and give you the run around. You cant speak to a live person only text. ITS HORRIFYING. Im uploading the screenshots of the LIES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MEGAN E AND ESPECIALLY JADE Mshe should be FIRED”

“I bought my first True Religion Jeans and I love it. At first I didn't know what size to get because True Religion jeans run slim. I went ahead and went to the macys app and checked the measurements for a Lucky Brand Jeans I got and I thought to myself the True Religion jeans will shrink a bit after I wash and dry it. I finally bought size 34 and it was a little loose but I was right - after I washed and dried the jeans they shrank and now my True Religion jeans fit perfectly fine on me. Shipping was a bit slow because I ordered my jeans on 12/10/24 and got it today 12/17/24. The good news is I'm not disappointed on my purchase”

“I ordered a sweatshirt on December 3rd. It shiped out on Dec 6th. It arrived in Missouri on Dec 7th and there it sits for almost 12 days no movement. True religion apparently has no customer service no one answers phones. No one answers emails. I've sent at least 10 emails asking why. I've also tried to cut out contact The Carrier FedEx but they too will not answer phone calls or allow me to put a claim in on this tracking number. I'm just trying to get somebody to answer why and where is my stuff. This is pretty much unacceptable from a company who sells online.”

“I ordered 8 shirts from them which ended up not fitting and I don't know how bc I ordered a medium and wear a small but they were still too small and I've tried everything in the world to get ahold of customer service to return them and I can't get any help whatsoever and there's not a store located in my state so I'm just stuck with 8 shirts a lot of money worth bc I can't get anyone to help me with a return. Then their website said 1 free shipping label and only one label per order and now the bot is trying to tell me I have to pay to ship it back. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'll never buy another thing from them. I hate I reordered like it said to do. It said to exchange you had to return and reorder. We'll I reordered but they won't help me return the sh!t. I'm so done with this business it's not even funny. Sit there and waste 300 dollars of mine is absolutely insane bc I can't get help from any of your customer service. The worst mistake I've ever made in my life was ordering from them. If your debating bc you are unsure if the size then don't do it your absolutely fd if you have to exchange or return something. Just being honest about it. I hate this store now.”

“I've work TR for years. A few months ago I ordered a sweat suit. The hoodie didn't have pockets and the pants had holes in both pockets. I sent email about this issue, before I wore the sweat suit. I was basically told they couldn't do anything about the issue. Needles to say, I have not made anymore purchases from TR and I do not plan on doing so. I've even stopped my adult children and friends from ordering as well. Treat your customers with respect. Your product was defective and you should've honored that.”

“Do NOT order from this company. They'll take your money & ship FedEx which is not a reliable service. I ordered $350 in merchandise & FedEx "lost" it. Okay, I contact True Religion via their "customer service" text line. I held for FOUR HOURS! Finally get a rep & as soon as I reply their text line is closed for the day! They'll take your money but good luck getting your order or your money back!”

“True religion was a great name brand for retailers to sale. True religion cannot be found in Ross for less. Truly turns me off you can buy them for $20 now their jeans so I don’t buy them anymore from their website when you could just wait on them to come to a store like Ross for less🙄”

“This company sends out codes that they know doesn't work. I contacted customer service and received no help at all! I received an email with a code this morning and it does not work. My purchase is $234 before taxes so the code should have work. Customer service (James Q) told me that this code has not been valid for a week.”

“I will not order from True Religion anymore. They have no customer services at all, you can only text them ask for help. I texted them but they didn’t help to resolve the problem, not like other brands, who always help. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy true religion”

“Another vote for poor customer service, ordered a wrong size, seems impossible to return the item, no response to any emails. Sent 5 emails, one reply stating my request is closed. Closed for whom?? Save yourself a hassle and if you like their products shop in store.....”

“I don’t like the fact that I have the wrong address on my order and I emailed them as soon as I placed the order and they still shipped it to the wrong address I’ve ordered from tons of other places and they were able to fix shipping issue”
