Sorry I had to say this. I'm a true religion girl. But I hate to say for the pass year the quality has dropped tremendously. One wash and it no more. The sweat suites forget it. I have purchased so much. Now I have to wear them in the house. True religion stop taking low quality fabric and designing it. Stop just stop... returns horrible.... just saying

I don’t like the fact that I have the wrong address on my order and I emailed them as soon as I placed the order and they still shipped it to the wrong address I’ve ordered from tons of other places and they were able to fix shipping issue

Pockets in the back can only hold your phone and the corner s pull apart and then you have holes from holding things. I love the jeans but you use cheap Jean material.

We bought a belt and after second use it broke in half .Good thing they refunded money. Then we bought two sweater hoodys the black one was so thin matetial was see threw when held up flimsy thin for hoody and the price doesnt match quality at all. Walmart are thicker!!

I have ordered numerous clothing items and accessories during the past year. For the most part I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the clothing; however, the delivery service is another story. Oftentimes I received my items late regardless of the fact I paid an additional fee for quicker delivery. The late deliveries negatively impact the level of satisfaction. I can no longer patronize True Religion.

Your employee at Vacaville location was unfriendly and just rude. His name was Aron. I spent $387.06 . Didn't even get a thank you or a greeting when I entered the store. Will not shop at this location. I will drive to the Roseville location instead. At least they appreciate their customers!

Bought jeans..... wore them about 5 times and after washing in cold on gentle, I pulled them out of the wash with a 3" rip in the fabric. UMMM.... these jeans are expensive because they are supposed to be "quality denim" Well these now unwearable jeans held up less time them cheep kmart junk!

Ordered and paid for a pair of shorts at the Columbia MD store. After a week, I contacted customer service only to be told my order had been cancelled. I asked why wasn’t I contacted I was told we technically have until tomorrow to contact you. I inquired about my refund and was told I had 2 options... 1- go back to tge store to have them credit my credit card, 2-they could send me a check that would take 4-6 weeks. I was appalled, I said why can’t you credit my credit card, I was told the only way was to go back to the store, I said so you want me, the customer, to drive back to the store to get my money after you canceled my order, she said yes. I asked to speak to a manager who told me the same thing. This was my very 1st purchase with tru religion and proved to be a nightmare. As a customer Ive never been inconvenienced by having to return to the store to get my money for a item I did not cancel. I expected to be compensated for my additional time to go all the way back by being given a discount at least.... NOT nothing! Then I get to the store to be told we don’t do that customer service does that... now I’m hot! The not so professional young lady proceeds to call someone while ignoring me explaining what happened, I finally stopped talking to myself because clearly she wasn’t listening. She then goes to the back for a few minutes without explanation and comes back with ok my district manager said I can do it. She does the refund and as I’m waiting another employee (male) turns the music back on, then I hear very explicit lyrics, I said what are you listening to, they both say why what’s wrong, I say you didn’t hear that, she says I’m sorry I had a different station playing I don’t know why they are playing this and proceeded to turn it off. I said that is not professional to play in a store especially given children could be shopping with their parents. She apologizes, i get my receipt and leave. Moral of the story, it starts at the top and customer service... no one knows what they’re doing!

The wait time for a return is ridiculous. Call rep was quite rude. Will not be doing business again with this company
