“I had to have a house re-keyed and called the office around 8 am to set up an appointment. Brooks answered right away and was the nicest man to talk to! He said he could take care of the job by noon the same day. The technician called when he was on his way and when he arrived, was very polite and respectful, then surveyed what had to be done and took care of it. Satisfactory service from Trulox.”

“We had called other companies in the area outside their area of expertise. We were so disturbed until we contacted Trulox. Brooks, one of the technicians, came to assess our needs first, listened to us, and designed a system he felt would meet those needs then, he worked with us on the final design and installation, and the system has performed flawlessly since.”

“We had a ring of keys stolen from our house. I called the office, and the technician replaced our outside locks, so they all use the same key, and fixed our annoying front door that you had to jiggle just right to open. They repeatedly communicated with me about where they were and what was happening.”
