“Great customer service both over the phone and in person. I called the day before our move, and they scheduled someone to come the next day to change all of our locks. They even called and offered an earlier time slot when one became available - which was awesome. They were quick and super professional! Highly recommend.”

“The lock on our back door broke. We called Trulox. The technician that came to repair our lock was very knowledgeable and courteous. After the repair was completed, I went to the Trulox store and had five more keys made to be on the safe side.”

“We had to call Trulox for another key issue at my condo building. Brooks was very professional, clearly explained the problem, and provided some helpful tips for preventing corrosion of external key locks. Everything was done quickly and solved the problem. Thank you, Brooks and Trulox!”

“Trulox sent Johnny out the next day after I made a call to the office, and he got all of our locks rekeyed to a single matching key. The guy was quick and professional, and it was clear that he was paying attention to details and cared about doing a good job. I hope I don't find myself in a situation where I need a locksmith any time soon, but if I do, I'll definitely call Trulox again.”

“Locking yourself out of your home is always a headache. I called Trulox, and it took less than thirty minutes from first contact to an experienced locksmith arriving at my door.
