“I was wary and was in an emergency. The storm was coming, and I discovered I had misplaced my home key. I contacted Trulox and explained my predicament. The technician arrived in less than ten minutes and helped me open my door just before the storm began. Brooks stayed at my place till the storm was over, and I was sure to show maximum hospitality. Great experience with Brooks.”

“Great service! They were cheaper and faster than other locksmith companies. Only took about 25 minutes from when I called for the technician to arrive. Ariel was very nice and only took about 5 minutes to get me into my apartment. Very reasonable pricing and super quick service.”

“Johnny and Ariel did an awesome, thorough job replacing all locks at our new house. They were patient in talking through options for our family's utmost security. They were efficient and also came back to the house when we noticed a loose knob - while it was nothing they could immediately fix, they were patient and helpful in their attempt.”

“Johnny saved the day! After identifying an urgent potential security risk, we had Trulox come out on a rainy Saturday morning to rekey several locks. Johnny arrived on time, performed quality service, was honest and fair with the charges, and even did a little extra without expecting additional payment. We will be using Trulox again.”

“We got a spare key made using the kiosk key cutter in the store. To our surprise, the key didn't work at all and actually broke off in the door. I called Trulox, and the representative was friendly in setting up our service. Brooks showed up and got the key out of the door in less than 30 min., a Very reasonable price, and friendly service.”

“Needing a locksmith, in general, is not always a pleasant experience, but Trulox definitely makes a stressful situation much better! “I called Trulox on Wednesday, and they were on the job Thursday. After showing Ariel the locks and door handle to be fixed, he got straight to work. 40 min later, everything was repaired and keyed as requested for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Trulox for any locksmith needs. Great company - response time, tech & service was great!”

“I had an emergency. I lost my keys and needed to get to my space before the movers came. Trulox was quick to respond. I've called a lot of locksmiths, and they were by far the most reliable.
