“I never regretted entrusting the task into the hands of Trulox. Brooks was the tech guy assigned to me and he was punctual, experienced, and professional. The technician identified the broken piece inside the lock bolt and showed it to me before replacing it. The guy also filed down the door jamb to reduce friction on the bolt that caused the old one to break. Good job.”

“I explained my problem, and they told me how to fix it and wouldn't charge me any extra. The advice was spot on, and I didn't have to bring them out. You don't find that level of caring and customer service anymore. I will certainly recommend it.”

“I recently had 6 of my doors replaced alongside handles and locks, so I ended up with six sets of keys. I was looking for a locksmith to help convert all locks to fit one key, and I called Trulox on a Saturday. Ariel responded within an hour and said he could come on Monday to help fix the issue. The technician came right on time and did the job very efficiently and at a reasonable price. Very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend it to anyone.”
