“We lost our mailbox key and contacted Trulox. We originally planned for them to come out on Friday, but we had something come up last minute, and they had no complaints/problems with us switching the day to Monday instead for the same time. Brooks was great. He was very professional and on time! Great customer service as well!”

“Just bought a new place, and the patio doors were wonky. I could not get the lock to work. I called yesterday and was able to get a visit scheduled for today within a two-hour time window. Trulox called in the morning to remind me of the appointment and again when Hakeem, the tech guy, was on his way. Great service.”
