“Wow! Super fast, courteous, and very lovely! What a surprise to have GREAT service in the Bay Area. Other businesses could learn a thing or two from him. Locked out by leaving my keys in another city, I was back home from a long trip and back inside my home in LESS than 30 minutes. Amazing!”

“I sent an email for a quote for two locks to be changed, then I realized I needed three, I emailed again they said no problem and told me they would come tomorrow between 10 and 11, he was there at 10 and fitted them, he showed me an itemized bill and explained each item. We are happy with their work and we would use them again.”

“I had a gnarly problem with a non-standard double-cylinder deadbolt on a security gate. They technician came out promptly -- in the pouring rain -- and worked diligently to determine and resolve the issue. He replaced only the necessary parts rather than the whole thing, which saved me about 50%. (And he charged a lower base fee than a competing locksmith.) He took the time to explain everything to me as he worked. He was able to think creatively and outside the box. Highly recommended.”

“I called in on a Friday to make an appointment to have the locks at my new home replaced for Monday. Hakeem was sent from the compoany and did the job. He was very professional, thorough, and even greased my old door handle. Highly recommend.”
