“I appreciate that the representative from Trulox helped me solve the problem via phone call. Brooks could have come to my home and charged me a service call. Instead, he gave me his time and directions via phone and saved me a service call. I value his honesty and have his name and number at the top of my list for future needs or for referral to a friend who might need a locksmith. EXCEPTIONAL!!”

“The locksmith came as promised and phoned in advance to confirm. Very knowledgeable and helpful, advised new keys but confirmed lock in good order. I am impressed with everything I got and I have no regrets using Trulox.”

“After calling a few locksmiths and getting blown off by either not showing up or not calling back, I called Trulox. I spoke with Brooks, and he said he could do the job and would be at my house in half an hour. The guy was very friendly and professional and did the job quickly. Trulox also provided me the service for less money than others quoted.”

“Brooks was punctual and professional. He showed me the broken piece inside the lock bolt before replacing the bolt and also filed down the door jamb to reduce friction on the bolt that caused the old one to break. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. A great technician from Trulox.”

“My son locked me out of the house this morning - for the 5th time this year - I was late to work already, and I was freaking out!!! I called the first locksmith that popped up on my phone, and they said they could be at my house in 45 minutes! NO WAY! My boss recommended Trulox, so I called them, and they said they had a guy within 15 minutes of my house. THANK GOD!! The technician arrived in about 12 minutes, and not only did he get me in, but he sold me a lockbox that he had on his truck. PHEW!! Problem solved!!”

“I had problems with two locks on my wrought iron gates. Ariel changed the lock totally on one lock that was rust closed (double deadbolt) at my request and repaired the other gate's lock. I am glad I hired Trulox and I will definitely do again if need be.”
