this Trustpilot review is a scam. They kept removing my genuine review without any detail reason, just say '' your review of xxxxxx has been flagged by our software or our Content Integrity Team because we’ve been unable to verify the authenticity of it. That means we’ve removed your review from our platform. Note that it’s not deleted, but it’s no longer visible online and won’t count towards the rating of xxxxx''. Honestly, this review website is a pure scam. You just can't place any genuine negative feedback at all

After having a review upheld after 5 months from a genuine bad experience with village vet, my review was reported again and I'm expected to send all the details documents etc which trust pilot already had and i found another vetinerary practice. I gave 5 star rating for trust pilot recently to thank them for entrusting in my experience. Now I've been doubly taken to the cleaners. I find it offensive and astonishing how trust pilot can uphold a complaint from march in my favour and now I'm expected to do it all over again. This is grossly offensive and I'm reporting trust pilot to trading standards and my MP

This was a service I used to rely on to consider whether a company was worth using our not. What has become apparent is the companies paying to be listed on Trustpilot run the show. I had bad experiences with Carlton Leisure and Emma Mattress. My reviews were accurate and complete both one star. They have now been taken down due to objections by both companies. In other words if you pay for that service Trustpilot will help keep the reviews artificially high. Not good at all for consumers. I've since found out these was a BBC watchdog episode on their practices. Worth seeking out, I will now be spreading the word that they cannot be trusted. Oh the irony.

It's a goofy company. Sometimes you can post and sometimes you can't and it doesn't tell you why. There's plenty of other companies, like reviews.io, that will take my reviews, so it's no big deal. I just have to delete the trustpilot.com bookmark, and I'm done. Simple.

I will never write a review on Trustpilot ever again, if you bother to take the time to do it for the benefit of others, unless it is positive, you are wasting your time. What is much worse is that Trustpilot are allowing companies who reply to bad reviews, one company in particular that I unfortunately fell foul of recently (paints4trade), to breach their customers security and confidentiality by publishing their full names, addresses and postcodes and places of work, clearly shown in these vindictive responses, you would have thought that this contravenes Trustpilot's guidelines and rules and regulations, (they are keen to tell reviewers about that when a company flags your review, but clearly it is obvious that Trustpilot don't give a damn about the personal and private details of the reviewer that these companies give away in their responses to the review. This is both disgraceful and deplorable. When this happened to me I made a complaint about it and asked Trustpilot to remove the reply because it contained my private, personal information and asked why this company had been allowed to this. I have had no reply whatsoever in regards to this complaint, Trustpilot just took off all 3 of my reviews including the one with the deplorable reply without any notification whatsoever! The way they operate and conduct themselves is an absolute joke...they are no better than the companies that we are reviewing in order to try to warn people but I wouldn't bother they are shifty and corrupt, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw a truck! I have reported them to the governing body that is currently investigating suspicious activities between companies and review platforms such as Trustpilot and I would urge anyone else that's had a similar experience to do the same.

Trustpilot, aggressively support the business to generate revenue. There are two types of accounts for business free and paid. They don't care for free customers but if you are a paid customer they support you even you are a fake company. I had a bad experience with a company name tiptrans they remove my review and sent me an email that their system detected that review as fake and I am not a genuine customer of tiptrans now I have provided the invoice but still no action. I had a similar issue with them before as well. So I got a clear idea now, how they are generating money by supporting their paid customers(businesses)

this is a website specificially designed to serve business owners not potential customers looking for a fair review. the way its designed , its almost impossible to leave and keep any negative rating. for example burden of proving anything that not positive is on customer (reviewer) . in most cases its removed as a result. I attemped to leave feedback 3 times. all are removed..

trustpilot is being paid by the merchants so the merchant are their customers. the are always protecting the merchants. not the consumers so trustpilot cannot be trusted. in my case I made a ligitimate review on trustpilot site that was immediately sensored by the merchant.... it was more than 1 month ago and trustpilot is still checking if my review is compliant to their rules... I'm starting to think it will never happen... in the mean time the site is having the best possible rating....

Here's an e-mail I received from TrustPilot, after I expressed doubts about Youtube's so-called reporting system:- "To make sure the reviews on our platform are of high quality and useful to everyone, we run random automated checks of review patterns. Our software flags reviews consisting of promotional references, marketing material, and / or repeated postings. Your review of www.youtube.com has been flagged by our automated software. This means we’ve removed it from our platform. If you have any questions, you’re welcome to contact our Content Integrity Team by replying to this email. You can also find information on how we work with reviews in our Support Center. Best regards, Trustpilot Content Integrity" Here's my reply:- "Hello Content Integrity Team, I'm astounded you found my review of Youtube consists of "promotional references, marketing material and/or repeated postings", as you put it. Would it be too much to ask exactly what part (or parts) of the review fell foul of your so-called automated checks? Curious Name" I'm guessing the reply, if I ever get one, will be complete nonsense, but let's see.

WHEN YOU FLAG A REVIEW THAT IS CLEARLY FAKE, SUCH AS THE MYRIAD OF HOSEASONS FIVE STAR “INVITED"RATINGS WITH THE SAME SPELLING ERRORS< SENTENCE STRUCTURE ETC, YOU GET THE SAME BOLIER PLATE ANSWER BACK. There is no consideration of the content of the review or its authenticity. The fact that the same message has now been sent back from one called Haley, clearly not looking to see if the review is accurate speaks volumes about the real purpose of Trustpilot being their to feed the hand that bites it! The REVIEW I.O score for both Hoseasons and Trustpilot are the more accurate measure of customer satisfaction. Trustpilot scores do not accurately reflect the voice of the customer and in my opinion are being deliberately removed and skewed cutting out reviews that are accurate and fabricating false reviews in order to elevate their scores. I have written many reviews for Trustpilot and now ask myself serious questions about the validity and honesty of the reviews displayed on their sites. Surely, the review process of flagged reviews should be totally impartial to ensure that the integrity of claims made by the company are un-biased and are actually written to ensure that the audience of customers referring to those reviews get an honest and robust measure of the ‘voice of the customer?'

As a review site you only like good reviews and not negative. Probably you are paying people to write good ones only. The concept is to people who have had bad experience to view and report, which Trustpilot.com does not like. Frankly your site is totally fake.

i am leaving heabies headshop a three star review. Once my order was recieved it only took six or seven days to be delivered. Only one seed of the stains that i was most interested in grew , fruit punch and skunky monkey. months later i was shipped.five more off each like the first order and again none came up. No problem with any of the rest of the order. fast shipping and they were heavyweight seed so i do not know why. any thing before or since then four to five days

They took down my review, then removed any existence of my inquiry to cusomer service. I imagine if they could erase my identity to ensure their interests they'd happily do that as well.

I never face any issue with TrustPilot. I believe its a good company. Most people do useless reviews based on any one incident where the company is not responsible, and they show their anger. Trustpilot outrightly refuses those reviews so that people can get genuine reviews.

If I could give Trustpilot a minus figure I would do. Basically they rejected my latest review and literally called me a blatant liar. This is the second time I’ve had a review refused one being positive and the original being a negative. Both reviews were totally genuine and based upon the service received in both instances. Trustpilot would not recognise a genuine review if it hit them in the face like a wet kipper I have totally insulted by the comments sent to me by email insinuating that my review is false, that I am a liar and asking for my personal details. This is what I would describe as fraudulent behaviour. I have no trust in Trustpilot As they are completely fraudulent and shouldn’t be allowed to do business
