“They do not respond, I have a number of fake review from competition and they do not respond. I can”t even gain access to the business despite it saying claimed. This company should be illegal.”

“I've tried to review Temu on Trustpilot, and they refuse to publish anything on Temu. I've provided screenshots of communications with TEMU, my account number, name, email used for the account, etc., and they email me, address me by name, and say they can't publish a review because I didn't provide my name or email. When I told them they clearly have both, they then said my name must appear on an email communication with TEMU??? Temu addresses me by my email address (minus the @google.com). Clearly Temu knows how to get around being reviewed on their site, and they are complicit in assisting Temu in taking advantage of many customers by not allowing reviews to be posted, even with multiple screenshots of communications that only I would have. Reading that companies with paid accounts get negative reviews taken down but companies that won't pay them for an account have trouble keeping positive reviews up, says all you need to know about TRUSTPILOT!”

“Trustpilot is an absolute joke. It protect scammers con artist by given them option to alter or get rid of a truth reflection of reviews. Also allowing companies to have several accounts for the one company is a joke on your website. If the customers were to put up sever al reviews about the same company trustpilot would take it down, does protect consumers!!!!”

“I have been using Trustpilot for years, but have started to notice a trend. Any negative reviews I make on larger companies promptly get removed, even after submitting lots of evidence to prove my reviews are genuine. These large companies are obviously paying the large subscription fees to Truspilot, in return for getting negative reviews squashed. Its simply shocking. Trustpilot is totally untrustworthy ! I have now removed all my reviews (Good and Bad) from Trustpilot and deleted my account.”

“Trustpilot is anything but trustworthy! I have just had 2 reviews removed as they “could not be verified” even though I can provide receipts that prove that I have used the companies involved. One was very positive and one was negative but both got removed. Trustpilot are not a good source of credible information”

“Do not ever rely on trust pilot. I only ever used them to write about bad experiences that I'd had with companies. All were honest reviews that could be backed up with saved digital evidence. They removed every review claiming it was questionable integrity. They will only ever carry good reviews.”

“Their fraud detection system is flawed. They just removed my genuine review. I even sent them proof of how real and genuine I am. But even their human chat support would side more with the decision of their bots than the real person they're chatting with. They've broken people's trust. The irony.”

“Every time I put a genuine review on Trustpilot they take them off I have proof that my reviews are genuine but they just take them off and you can not appeal to them this review site only puts reviews on that fit its own agenda it is not independent”

“Company operates on fraudulent practices. They advertise completely unrealistic conversion rates and effects, offer basically 0 support to fake and indemnifiying reviews. They agree on a paid plan for a specified period of time, then to renew it without your consent (or even informing them several weeks prior you never agreed to automatic renewals and want it canceled) Stay away if you want to collect only genuine reviews for a legitimate business”

“This company also deleted my negative review on a so called company modelsportrc.it .I have proofs from the bank Aidexa that modelsportrc.it received the money.Never send me the products claimed that didn't receive the money and still the modelsportrc. it scams people around the world.But TrustPilot is covering them up by deleting negative reviews so new consumers don't realize that will get scammed.I send them proofs but obviously Trustpilot doesn't care if their client is a scammer because they get paid by them.Trustpilot threatened me that they will block my account on their platform because I wrote negative review on my authentic experience.Eventually they blocked my account...”

“Trustpilot refuse to take ANY false reviews of a business page unless you are paying them. I thought trustpilot was meant to be able raising the profile of companies, and allowing them to grow with positive reviews. Now, I do understand that some people may have a bad experience with a company so will write a bad review. But for trustpilot to allow reviews that are false and that are targeted at a company that isn't even trading when the review is made it atrocious.”

“They say you can give honest opinions but when you do they flag it, problem is the negative reviews are normally the most honest but taking that away from people means that the public can not get a true and honest opinion on a company based off real experiences. Nothing trustworthy about the company that removes reviews that don't fit big company narratives.”
