For the second time of trying to write a review you're NOT letting me do so. What's the point? What the hell are you doing? I have an email and a password so WHY are my reviews not being posted - or are they just too tough for your sensitive eyes - I thought you appreciated the truth but obviously not!!! which means you are of NO USE to anyone!

posted a negative review about a company that had ripped me off, then trustpilot removed the review & wont reinstate it, or answer any questions regarding why they have hidden the review.

Rubbish Rating system. get 5x 5 star reviews and don't move up any points. Get 1x 1 star review and your score moves down.

Never have I seen so many fake reviews, so obviously fake and so conveniently timed, and so obviously written by the company getting the bad reviews. If a company decides to claim their listing, and pay these fraudsters, then any review that they don't like is eventually removed. One company who gets one or two reviews a month always seems to get 2-3 comments after a detailed bad review praising them and 'responding to the complaint' As if anyone is stupid enough to believe that 3 different unique individuals will all post conveniently just after the bad review, and attak the bad review in such a childish and obvious way. I as company would never list my business on any review site. They should be closed for mass fraud. And locked up

Can't say I'm impressed with trustpilot. I posted a negative review of a company that is clearly a scammers, lots of folk losing money, this can be seen from dozens of previous reviews and they removed them as unsubstantiated. What nonsense. Isn't this the whole point of this site? Who's pocket are you in?

I have seen on my own experience how they help businesses to report and remove bad reviews any time, despite you can send them contractually evidences. I have witnessed that with regards to several reviewers on the same company profile. Dont trust their reviews.

THIS IS A CORRUPT OPERATION AND NOT WORTHY OF RATING OTHER BUSINESSES. I WAS EVEN WARNED HERE THAT SOME OF THE RATINGS WERE FROM 'TRUSTPILOT' EMPLOYEES! WHAT A SHAM!

I lodged a bad review about an organisation called Hire a Hacker who I had contacted to get some location and other details on a company who scammed me. They put me in touch with a crowd operating as Derfcon Hub who took my money but delivered absolutely nothing and refused to honour their refund promises. Hire a Hacker did not assist me at all and simply ignored my emails, after their initial response, so I concluded that this was all a complete scam. Trust Pilot contacted me about my bad review on Hire a Hacker and Defcon Hub and said that they would not publish my review as it was not substantiated, even though I sent them copies of all of the relevant email correspondence. They only have positive reviews on Hire a Hacker, so I now doubt their independence as they seem to be protecting them. I used to trust their reviews but will now no longer use them.

Turstpilot are not trust-able organisation. Avoid them! No real pricing, always increasing their bills, unable to deliver the service as a loads of the clients are already unsubscribed from their lists, so impossible to get reviews when clients have blocked Trusptilot platform to send them review requests. Trustpilot staff is simply rude, not replying to the queries, for weeks, only contacting for asking payment...ignoring all conversation and all email between our company and Trustpilot a poor customer service....Stay away from Trustpliot!

Joke of a platform. Trust Pilot gives a platform for people to blackmail companies. I received emails from a customer who despite having his product (no complaint regarding the product or delivery or service) just an email saying he will leave back review if he does not get a refund. Customer told to return item for a refund again we got an email saying he wants to refund before he returns it because the refund will pay for return postage, if we don't give a refund he will leave back feedback. Trust Pilot has allowed this one star review despite us showing the emails we've received. As soon as I contacted Trust Pilot I started receiving email from them about signing up to their paid platform starting at £150 per month which will enable us to "proactively respond to feedback"

It is a SCAM!!!!! I chose a driving school in London based on their good rating on Trustpilot. That school was terrible (booking the wrong test date, location, etc., and bad instructors), and the process of the refund took me more than 5 months. So when I attempted to rate the driving school 1 star on Trustpilot, it claimed my review is FAKE!!!! WTF. I have every proof, pictures and email records and they didn't accept my review. I was so angry and will never use this site for reference. Trustpilot must have made so much money by accepting fake good reviews and declining bad reviews posted by the companies listed on their website. Horrible experience.

BEWARE OF BINARY OPTION SCAM Most people who know much about binary options will attest to the fact that it is a simple way for you to take advantage of the price variations in the global markets. It also allows you to trade from anywhere around the globe at any time of day. The fact that there are many brokers in the market may leave you very confused as you try to figure out the best one to use. Many have fallen prey to unscrupulous brokers out to lure unsuspecting traders in the market. In case you are a victim to these scams, you are most likely trying to get your funds back, Contact : hackweb247 (AT) protonmail (DTCOM) to retrieve all your intial deposits from scam brokers.

I was censored & then banned for reporting Direct Line's deceitful & corrupt behaviour re. motor insurance & then calling out the lying spin of their customer services people who respond to the reviews. I now firmly believe that Trustpilot is in the pay of corporations. It's all one integrated big business scam network.

A company that doesn’t see the irony that in trying to write a review on a company, one ends up writing about them. Couldn’t login, tried their customer support line and told it will only support me via Email . Why have a support team over the phone? Person I spoke to was also patronising and sarcastic. So I’ve ended writing a review about them. Not fit for purpose.

What is the point of trust pilot? If they just remove any negative reviews that you make. Mine was removed because they alleged that I'd made accusatory, racist comments. This cannot be further from the truth. I gave an honest opinion on my experience with a certain retailer. To sum it all up, DONT Trust Pilot!!!! I'm looking forward to seeing what this review is removed for?

So disappointed with TrustPilot. I previously used them as a way to gauge the legitimacy of a product or company I was looking at. After being scammed by a company recently, I left a scathing review on TrustPilot (along with 500+ other people who were scammed) and the company started questioning the one star reviews stating we weren't "legitimate" customers. You had to provide trustpilot with proof that you were actually a customer. Then a whole bunch of 5 star ratings start hitting the pages from customers that hadn't even received the goods they'd ordered, which clearly equates to fake reviews from company personnel. Even with overwhelming evidence to the contrary, TrustPilot were allowing the fake reviews to stand. I'll never use them again.

It's obvious to me when you see the fake reviews so why not trust pilot.. Two clothes online shops have terrible reviews.. All the good reviews come from Pakistan and they give good reviews to the other badly rated one too. Surely if I can see there is no reason that people from Pakistan have a great experience whilst the rest are abysmal then why can't trust pilot
