“Trustpilot is a scam! Trustpilot in itself is an absolute joke! often removing genuine reviews. They come at you with a plethora of unreasonable excuses for the bogus reasons for removing your review. Not to be trusted. I would recommend Googles more GENUINE approach to customer reviews. “I agree with everybody else regarding TrustPilot removing bad reviews. I have been scammed by a business that has stolen from me a lot of money without delivering the product and they are still operating under the same website. https://www.coffeebeanery.com.au/ Please be careful as they deliver very small value items but they don’t deliver very expensive items like coffee machines worth thousands’, so that they can show they are a legitimate business. They get good reviews on TrustPilot from low value goods. I contacted TrustPilot multiple times and I told them about my experience and they just did not care as it’s obvious that TrustPilot would not have a business without those business scamming innocent people. TrustPilot just be ashamed of their behavior as they are protecting people/businesses doing the wrong things. This website should just been banned.”

“I have tried 3 times to leave a negative review on Trustpilot for the courier company Yodel. However each one is removed shortly after being published and despite presenting evidence that backs up my reviews to Trustpilot's content integrity team they close the case without giving the reason for the removal and blame their software. And yet this company has thousands of positive reviews, all from invited reviewers of which nearly all have single figure reviews to their name. Social media is full of people complaining about Yodel and yet Trustpilot says they are excellent, really? I'm sorry but this is fraudulent and clearly shows that Trustpilot cannot be trusted.”

“Trustpilot will remove all negative reviews if asked to by any company...It's not an open and trusted platform if genuine bad experiences are removable by the company being reviewed. I've had personal experience of threats from companies using trustpilot after leaving only mediocre reviews let alone bad ones. I've deleted all my 250+ review's ( mostly good ones) as I don't trust the platform at all now.”

“Used fort cars fraud lying c nts karma pay them back now I'm coming for them full emails full phone calls autoprotect spas tics karma s born mercantile finance karma when I get these photos and paperwork hope karma calls on you and not a other lying scum bag grows up to rip people off keep your eyes here and share from card fraud and now previous owner contact to my solicitors and me meeting up tomorrow no messing about iv been waiting for this day try conning me you mongs it gets worse from here karma make me smile just need my credit file then all over Facebook and twitter trustpilot all place your experience by mine need to warn the public all my case will be put on here time after time including my solicitors reports and main dealer report to show Shaun the lying c nt fact trying to get me to make a false claim good job I let autoglass know fact its late but after receiving emails to give me the information about this car need to share and get ready for the meeting get ready it will be on here tomorrow evening”

“Have had very bad customer service and a poor quality home from Taylor Wimpey and over a 5 year period have left reviews on trustpilot in relation to it. Their integrity team have now removed all my reviews because I left too many and in an email state its not just because their customer requested its removal. So their is no point using this company to review your experience s as they are paid by companies and remove truthful reviews that put them in a bad light. Untrustworthy and misleading not fit for purpose”

“Never lets you up load unfavourable reviews, what do you expect when your revenue is sourced from the companies you review? the lack of reliability will eventually be the downfall of Ecommerce, people will grow tired of, dishonesty, coupled with al lack of accountability, Ecommerce needs to clean up its Act. starting with these unreliable review sites.”

“I want to give a little tips how I got my FICO score to 795 last month from as low as 420, due to Covid19 I got a setback on my payments owing to medical bills and some negative items on credit report, my world started falling apart because I wanted to rent a home and take some loans and I couldn’t. “I posted a review on Trust Pilot about Yodel and the really bad experience I had with them. Then Trust Pilot integrity team contacted me to say they had taken down my review as it was a truthfully review. I have forwarded them the relevant information and now they won't reply to me. I then posted a review about them on there site and they have taken that down surprise surprise. The moral of the story, dont Trust Trust pilot.”

“I have written an honest review of Just My Look company and their poor customer service. I was asked by Trustpilot to provide evidence that I was a real customer. I provided email exchanges, order confirmation and screenshot of despatch. Still Trustpilot says this does not qualify as evidence of my experience and removed my feedback. I have asked if they check the 5* ratings in the same way, but of course no response. If companies do pay Trustpilot for the service then it is clear where their allegiance will ultimately sit. Won’t bother with them again. Maybe use Google as these are not removed”

“My first and only review here warning people about a company that scammed me was taken down a week later by the "integrity team". They failed to give me a good reason for taking it down and when I tried to ask the support people the reason they couldnt really give me an answer and referred me back to the 'integrity team,'. My trust now in this organisation is at an all time low and it appears that this organisation seems to be colluding with criminals rather than helping the general public in trying to determine if a company is a genuine one or a scam. I would also be careful as the reviews on this website may not be all genuine as the criminal enterprises that use it put up their own good 5 star reviews in order to cheat more people from their money. I will not be using their website again neither will I be wasting my time in putting up any more reviews here as they seem to be siding with criminals rather than the good of the general public as a whole. And please dont fall for this scam of an organisation and dont trust all the good reviews here especially if they had been written within hours or days of each other.”
