“I signed up for trust pilot recently because I have purchased a lot of items online and have had varying experiences with sellers in the same sector. However, despite providing proof of customer interaction with all companies, only the positive review was pushed through. This leads me to believe that Trustpilot is more a marketing tool than a vehicle for transparency. Therefore, Trustpilot is for businesses selling goods, not for buyers looking to make informed decisions.”

“Refrain from doing business with this terrible firm! They immediately defrauded me. “Can I give them zero stars? We have a business account with them and have just received a 1-star review. Fair enough, only the customer isn't ours and the review talks about a mechanism within the purchase experience that we don't offer. To remedy the situation they want us to supply evidence about a customer we've never had who may or may not be using their actual name...”

“They are good with one major flaw. They make a point of mentioning when a company responds to a negative review within 24 hours but they have told me they are not interested in the content of that response - the one to my review was just poorly worded bot text with a link that didn't work. Logically if the response was literally "we don't care" they would still flag up how responsive they were!”

“I posted a review with the invoice number of my purchase and my experience even emails they said that it was fabricated and wasn't real I posted another review of another website in my experience with it even screenshots again they said that they detected suspicious activity in my review to be untrustworthy or fabricated the site is paid for their advertisers that are being reviewed it's a complete scam all the reviews are fake”
