“truspilot are part of scam. They blackmail businesses to become paid members and once you are a member, then you are allowed to push down negative reviews as a business. This is against the ethics and code of conduct of a reviews site. There are scammers out there who produce fake reviews and on the back of those reviews, they get to scam more innocent people. One such company is 247 home rescue. I recently put a review against 247 home rescue and provided truspilot with a proof of purchase. Within matters of minutes, they put it on hold under the name of investigation if the reviews was in accordance with their user guidelines. This allowed the scam business to put fake positive reviews so that the negative reviews is not seen on page one. It is impossible to convince customers to post 10s of 5 star reviews in a matter of minutes. Trustpilot are part of the scam!! Don't trust their reviews.”

“Trust Pilot are bullies!! They have set up a review of our website which we did not ask for, and has filled it with bad reviews from people who are'nt even our customers!! To counteract this we started sending our customers there to leave reviews, and every one that was positive got removed. They have phoned us on numerous occasions trying to pressure us into opening an account, and when asked what happened to our good reviews they come up with ridiculous excuses. Its getting to the point now we have no choice but to sign up just to get good reviews as well as the bad reviews. No one is policing them and this has to stop. Its extortion.”

“If you contact trustpilot about a company that is obviously getting hundreds of its installers to leave 5 star reviews after the score has been bad for a couple of years, this taking them from poor to great in 2 days from a score of 200 to over 600,even though it is fraudulent all you get back is case closed and nothing is done Look after the company's and just ignore the paying public. Bloody useless trustpilot.”

“lucky2go is the the worst company ever How come I do the booking and the payment and I get the confirmation email and then someone is taking to me to inform that the departure flight is unavailable except if you are going to pay an extra 800 dirhams it's complete fraud”

“Do not use this website. If your feedback won't please the company you are writing about, they (trustpilot) will delete your feedback. Gangs of scum debt collectors like Lowell Group, Cabot etc are paying lot of money towards this site in order to keep only the good reviews and bad ones to be deleted. Scums like Lowell Financial, Cabot etc”

“Dont ever sign up for this company. Once you do, you can never delete the account. It is their property and its up there forever. Whenever we get a crazy customer they go right to Trustpilot and leave an insane review. We don't want our company page on Trustpilot since we only signed up as a trial, but they will not remove the page. My biggest regret was trying their company. Don't make the same mistake.”

“I have left a couple of reviews and keep being asked to verify them buy prooving I had used the service, Ione tries to be helpful with reviews, but Trustpilt just makes it hard work. I sent the information to the companies concerned and they coupld get a decent answer either. for these guys if your not paying them £150 per monthg, they have no interest.”
