“I wrote a negative review regarding a poor quality product and bad service at Cotswold Co on TrustPilot and 48hrs later it was removed. Obviously they want to keep the businesses paying them money every month happy. No way to appeal or get reinstated. Pointless writing reviews or taking the site at face value.”

“I was looking at reviews for 1 site and I realized that Every Single review good or bad had an Email contact to someone else, same person every time But after I reported 2-3, trustpilot wouldn't let me report any more. Why is every single review for that site obviously Spam. And why wouldn't they want it reported? And how they not easily tell it was all spam when done so obviously?”

“I left a review of Great North Energy on Trust Pilot today, well actually I was updating a review I left in March 2019. At this point in time, 15th January 2020, noon UK time, that there are just three reviews for Great North Energy. They are all one star reviews. However, the "average" comes in at three stars. How is this possible?”

“My review is based on a real experience with them. I even provided a video proving the experience and yet it wasn't accepted. In Trustpilot you can't post any review if you didn't commit the purchase or order and be able to provide something proves that. So, in-case you ran into a scammy company and you were smart not to fall to them and tried to write a review expressing your experience and the company complained to Trustpilot about that then your review will be flagged and since you can't provide any order number then your review wont appear.”

“I actually think this a very balanced review site rather than Google that has no recourse for enhanced or fake and malicious reviews to be made. Let’s face it an unhappy customer is unhappy and their review may be enhanced to try and “punish” what they see as a transgression when really it just didn’t turn out the way the customer thought. Especially in business to business, we have several clients who just use sites to vent their frustrations and literally just use the sites to call us names and rant,,,,, this is not fair and business should have the right to be able to ask that the review is about the service and true as to what happened. Trust pilot let you let them arbitrate”

“You guys constantly protect the businesses. I posted honest reviews and the company keeps flagging me an attempt to have positive reviews and you guys do not follow up on the true matter of any issues and my reviews and also never get reposted permanently about Digiprintsupplies.com”

“Corrupt company, I had a verified purchase from a company (Maison Du Monde) and posted an honest and critical review of this company as they caused me so much grief by sending me faulty furniture that has been a nightmare to return. Anyway, trust pilot took down my review, even though I sent them my purchase confirmation as evidence they still won't put it back up. It appears like they are biased towards certain companies and remove critical reviews. I will never trust or look on "trust" pilot again now I know it is a corrupt company! Now let's hope google are not biased towards Trustpilot and keep my honest review up here!!”

“I am having a problem with a hosting company which has now become a joke. However Trustpilot gives them 4.2 with five star reviews coming in almost every couple of hour (even though it's a small company).”

“JTTrader in the UK is a trading company. I wrote this reveiw: JTTRADER IS A SCAM According to their previous website JTTrader were regulated by CySEC and ASIC. But that was a lie and a part of their scam strategy. This summer they updated their website and the regulations disappeared. When I let CySEC check it up, they denied JTTrader were a regulated company and they have never been it either Roger Forest JTTrader had fled the country with the costumer’s money, according to “Max Foster” JTTrader. “Max Foster” offers you too recover your lost money. He suggest you to use his fraud investigator “David Kaplan”, to recover your lost money, but “Max Foster” and “David Kaplan” are frauds themselves. I requested “Max Foster” to identify himself and take a picture of his passport and asked for David Kaplan´s contact details, before I sent them money to help me, but Max refused. It was too private, he said. DON´T deposit any money with JTTrader and report your story to Action Fraud in the UK today! i AM REALLY HAPPY MY REVIEW NOW HAVE BEEN READ 347 TIMES AND SAVED THOSE PEOPLES MONEY! They stole my invested money (71200 EUR) and all my profit. JTTrader changed my password and trade my account without my permission and lost everything. They kept all money themselves and replaced the money with something they called insurance and that I couldn't withdraw, because the new guy "Max Foster" said "Roger Forest has stolen your money and flied the country and I cant do anything about it" I have all necessarily proof, but Trustpilote ignores it. Both Trustpilot and all scam companies should be jailed!”

“I've read that trustpilot allow companies to delete negative reviews, allows companies to choose who they ask for reviews and is a ridiculously easy platform for companies to write their own reviews. “Very glad I found this here. Was doing research on a company called zibby which essentially gives you a chance to make payments on certain items online. Checked em out and on trustpilot they had almost a 5 star review, but their bbb was a completely different story. Then I looked up trustpilot and low and behold saw that companies pay them to remove bad ratings, over 60% of them...then I found this here that reviews trustpilot. Thanks guys, I agree with all of you here. The fact that trustpilot is allowed to operate out there to mislead people and delete ACTUAL reviews is rediculous. Horrible. They should be removed, but probably won't be🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😔”

“Trust pilot should be removed by the government as it is so untrustworthy. They remove reviews of 3 companies i do within minutes of posting yet when you look deeper you see all 3 PAY TRUST PILOT A MONTHLY FEE. Their customer services are the worst ive ever dealt with and when you provide proof they simple IGNORE YOU. DO NOT TRUST TRUST PILOT and def do not trust their reviews of twickets, vibe or EE as every negative i left gets removed within minutes”
